I am totally frustrated due the service level I am getting from IDEA.

Hi this is Udaya Kiran from Hyderabad. I have taken the Idea net setter on 21st Sep, 09. This Idea customer care executor called us and explained about the Idea Net setter. At that time I have interest to take to net connection to my system. So I asked him regarding the features. The sales person committed me all the fraud statement regarding speed, uploading and downloading etc. He assured that “you will be able to surf unlimited and you will get more than 200 kbps speed, 35 to 40 kbps speed for downing and etc”. For this net setter I have to pay RS 2650.00/- (includes cost of net setter, cost of SIM card, Cost for I month unlimited subscription). After listening the features then I have taken the USB Idea net setter (9948238744).

From the next day onwards my problems were started. Getting the net speed till 30 to 40 kbps, 10 to 15 download speed, I am unable to upload the file atleast 1MB file in to the gmail, yahoomail or any other websites. For opening the Home pages any website taking the 55 secs to 170 secs (45 secs for Google engine search). After giving the gmail user name and password, its taking the time to go the inbox more than 3 mins. I fed up with these bad services.

Then I made a call to person who sold the net setter to me. He suggested me to call customer care. I have given the complaint regarding the bad services (complaint ref no is 102673814. They supposed to solve the problem by 01/oct/2009 12:00 PM. After this I was made a call the customer care again and again. They haven’t responded.

They called me twice only. They have not follow-up the complaint but they are keep on telling the it will solve. No one came to me from the technical department. Till now nothing was happened.

Kindly look into the matter and please help in getting justice and money back for the time I have lost in all this troublesome work.
