BSNL EVDO not providing appropriate speed. Dear Sir,
I applied for BNL EVDO connection in August 2009. I got the EVDO device at 20th Aug 2009 and I paid initially 2500 /- Rs. The plan was 750 /- Rs. P.M. But the problem starts when I start using the EVDO on my Desktop PC and I found that instead of advertisment of 1 MBPS speed, I was getting only 10-15 KBPS Download speed and 150 KBPS bandwidth speed. The wireless signal is not reaching in my home due to local surrounding buliding heights.
Then I spoke with SDO of BSNL in NEPZ noida office for disconnecting the services and then I got to know that I can not discoonect the services right now. I have to wait for 1 month for 1 month billing cycle.
As per the BSNL process they will deduct the 1000 Rs. from my security money and I need to fill the 1 month bill i.e. 750 /- So it means I have to pay them around 2000 Rs. It is really painful because I am not be able to use the services from 1st day.
I would like to know where I can contact for this issue.

BSNL EVDO Issues Sir Madam,
I purchased a EVDO card from BSNL and the spped which they promised is not at all nearby. When i called the customer service thay simply told that it supports upto 2.4 mbps and there is no lower limit, but i have never got speed above 256 kbps.
