Reliance Wimax refund issue after no feasibility Hi,
We have applied for Wimax connection on 07-10-09 through your executive Mr. Zaidi (cel: 9022811948) (application no. 13000012186602) and was promised that we have full feasibility in our area but when the technician came for the installation on 09-10-09 he confirmed that there is no feasibility.
When i called Mr. Zaidi for the refund he is telling it will take around 10 days for the refund and that to he is not confirming. i want to ask you that if there is no feasibility why there is delay of 10 days for the refund?
My area is Veera Desai road andheri (west)
