I had purchased from gairsein an Idea net setter( 9012019993) in SEP 2009 for RS 2200 flat which had 1gb net usage and download for monthly recharge for Rs 399 per month.Just after one month they have increase the ret without any information.This is clearly a case of cheating customers.I want to complaint about this irregular and unjustified behaviour of hiking.I had to recharge with Rs 399 otherwise My business would have suffered.
I want my extra 385Rs back which they had charged me extra and also make the celluler companies to stop these practice
