I am arun kaushal. I have asked for broadband connection of airtel. So some guy came to my home saying that he is an agent of airtel. I paid the money on 13th of august 2012 for 4mbps plan. i paid some 1600 rs. On 16th i got a call saying that there is no port available to give me connection. So i have asked for a refund. But after some another guy called me saying that they can give me connection by 20th of this month. I said ok please give me a connection. I didnt get any call or connection of airtel till 21nd. So i went to the airtel office with the application. Then they are telling it will be that there is an error in the application and my details are filled but they cant give me connection. They said its an ajency and they cant do anything about it. Then they said they will call me the next day by 1:00 and update me on my status. I waited no one called me. So i only called them. Then they said they are not responsible and gave me some guy's no saying that he only handles my connection. So then i called that guy means he is saying that he can't give me any connection because there is no work order for my application it seems. When i asked why means he is saying he don't no and he is not responsible. Now where to go for me. You airtel guys are not giving me money or giving me connection.
