Mental Harassment from Tikona - No resolution of Deactivation Request till date Dear Collection Team @ Tikona,
Pursuant to my telecon with Mr. Rajesh, Tikona Collection Team and above cited subject, i am again being called to write this email and express my deep agony against your services. I would rather say a mental torture and Harassment, which I am suffering since the very first day I installed your Broadband Connection at my residence.
……..GO THROUGH THE BELOW APPENDED TRAIL MAILS FOR BETTER UNDERSTANDING…..
But a small brief is mentioned underneath...........
Recap of Harassment Episode:
1. Firstly, Tikona Connection was being sold to me by telling all lies and such a plan which doesn’t exist at all. Details of the same are in my very first mail to you dated…. Feb 4, 2012
2. I also expressed my dissatisfaction against the speed and poor network support in the same mail. Refer mail dated…. Feb 4, 2012
3. In the same mail, I requested for the disconnection / termination of Tikona Broadband for the very first time. Refer mail dated…. Feb 4, 2012
4. Even I sent a mail to Mr. S. Nair (Head of customer service division), but, no resolution till date.
5. I am being harassed by your regular calls, SMSs and fraud E-bills.(Why should I pay anything when I have requested to disconnect long back and not using it at all)
6. And on Aug 20, 2012, your collection executive Mr. Rajesh has crossed all my patience boundaries, and threatened that he is sending us a LEGAL NOTICE…..
Through this communication, I wanted to put forward to your knowledge that I am completely in a fix now with your payment calls, SMS and emails as are disturbing me and this mental harassment is something which cannot be measured or explained. I just wonder to what limit you Tikona guys can go to harass customers like me.
I am sure you again are waiting for this month's bill to get generated, so that you can charge me again for no reason but I am NOT going to pay for any FRAUD BILL generated by you.
SO, STOP USING ALL THESE MALPRACTICES TO HARASS THE CUSTOMERS LIKE ME AND FOR GOD SAKE, PLEASE FOLLOW THE GOOD WAYS TO EARN MONEY......!!!!!

tikona harassment and being unprofessional hi
I have recieved 3 harassment calls from tikona about payment of a bill i dont owe and filing a case. i sent them 3 mails explaining my position with a replai tht the request has been forwarded to backend dept. which i think does not exist coz i didnt recieve a single proper call from them where i could skrt it out....bt harassment conteinues to a level where now i m being forced to file an FIR or go to consumer court....

Mental Harassment by TIKONA Customer Care - For Simple Disconnection Request Dear All,

This is a Fraudulent Company and I sincerely urge, Ministry of Communications to cancel the ISP License with immediate basis of this company. They have all unethical way to run business. Another harrasment episode with Tikona and I will be force to visit the nearest Consumer Court along with the copy of FIR.

Here is my mail to Sr. Management of Tikona, Ministry of Communications and Investors in Tikona (Goldman Sachs)
Dear Mr. Nair,
Refer User ID: 1106675246. I sincerely request you to address my issues.
1. With due regards and respect, I have researched about your company. Ministry of Communications has granted you Class A ISP License. Goldman Sachs Investment Partners has 22.8 percent stake in your company.
2. I have given disconnection request for my internet services on 14th September 2012. Till date my request has not been addressed. I have given “Nth” number of calls and send trailing mails below to your Customer Cell.
3. I was committed 4 Mbps connection whereas I was getting less than 300 Kbps connectivity speed. Your technical team could not fix this issue therefore I asked for disconnection which I think is legal in our country. There is no 1 yr / 2 yr contract that I am bound with Tikona.
4. Your customer care is asking its customer to pay advance payment for services even after disconnection request. I have not used your internet services from 6th October on-wards. Your system has still generated the bill w.e.f. 7th October for billing period 8th October to 7th November.
5. I have finally paid all your amount due in your system for services not used, which I think is illegal in US but I am not sure if TRAI/MCoM in India has approved such kind of things India. It is strange. These are purely mal practices if I put it in a clean way. White Collared way of Money extortion!
6. Your customer service teams, technical teams and the final disconnection teams are highly inefficient. They keep closing the requests without even asking or calling the customers if the issue was fixed. You expect customer to keep calling again and again and again to keep generating requests for the same issue even if it is pending / un-addressed. I am not sure if this is deliberately done as an approach in your organization or your employees are trying to escape away from their responsibilities of meeting commitments by using this loop-hole to evade SLA.
7. There are “Nth” number of issues posted on various Consumer Forum. The issue which I am facing looks to be repeated over the internet / google. Have you ever addressed these issues? At the minimum, are you aware of such issues?
8. Your team commits SLA of 5 days for disconnection but I clearly see your company breaching your own committed SLA. You have now taken more than 40 days to do simple disconnection of request and this is not solved either. I am still counting days.
9. I was made to pay for internet services that I have not even used as I am on advance rental plan. Has MoCIT and all other investors approve such kind of schemes. I am actually surprised that how come Goldman Sachs – an organization of such repute allowing such practices in Tikona. The partners/directors/share holders should at-least look at strategic initiatives and code of ethics.
10. I sincerely request you to settle this amount and request for refund. It is a very small amount for me but now it is a matter for principles as your company has tested enough patience of your customer.
11. I have never faced such kind of serious harassment with any other Telecom Company in India, where water has started spilling from a glass and caused serious currents which leads to such frustration.
I sincerely request you to address the issue mentioned above for growth and reputation of your own organization. I am sure this is not in the good interest / taste of your own growth.
At bare minimum, I request you to disconnect my internet services, settle full and final payment, collect your equipment and refund me the advance you charged me for the internet services which was not used and not generate any further any unethical bills.

Can I expect any favourable response in next 48 hours and closing the issue?
