BSNL not providing the approprate speed as per plan 500c+(256kbps-2mbps) Respested Sir,
My name is Ashish Shukla and i took a new landline and a broadband connection from BSNL balaganj Exchange Lucknow (UP East).My broadband plan is 500c+ which gives a minimum speed of 256kbps and its goes upto 2mbps.But my broadband speed is very slow.i get a surfing speed of around 200 kbps and download speed (Transfer rate) of 15-25kbps.This has been the case from the first day of the connection (9 sep 2009) till today (8 october 2009).i have lodged many complains and wrote many application to the SDO and Dy.General Manager(i have the receiving) but they did not help me.
I have all the complain number and receiving of the applications that i wrote.
i am extremely disappointed by the service.I want justice.Kindly help me.
