    Angry Continuous billing after successful closure of account termination request ticket

    I have been a good customer of Tikona since 2010 in Hyderabad, paid all the bills before time till june'12 though it's customer well know how good is their connection and service quality, whenever you require it rarely works.Anyways, I was mostly keeping out of city so I harly was able to use my connection for last 6 months. Thus on June 23rd I called their cc and talked to one, Simran and placed request for termination of account user id:1102537709. As instructed, I paid bill due for coming 3rd July and asked whether anything else was required from my side as some cables were lying on our apartment terrace, to which his response was negative. I even told him repeatedly, to do whatever else required as I would be leaving city in a week. He assured that he's marking this as urgent, but neither did I receive any calls nor anyone turned up thereafter, till I left.I logged in to my account somewhat after 10 days and verified the above request ticket no 12363365135 is closed successfully.At that moment, I was even contemplating whether should I be continuing with them in other city or not but thanks God!To my utter surprise, when I again received next month's bill on my email and contacted your cc, and after numerous call drops/cuts was able to talk to one, Mr Zain on 20th July'12.He told me to, "ignore and forget the bill, it won't repeat", I reminded him that he is on record.Wondering on cc response, I even mailed the same to cc and appellate-authority after hanging the call, to which they're still to respond till date (even high offices of appellate-authority has such state of affairs).Now again proving, poor sync between their billing and customer-care, I again got next August month's bill accumulated with previous amount and late fees.I just now talked now to one poor cco, Ms Reena who childishly kept giving landlored-tenant exmples..lol..and hardly had any clue. She refused me on-record when I requested nodal's/appellate's contact numbers. She kept repeating to mail again for one last time though she agreed that service-request is successfully closed!I was willing and this time mailed all this mentioned here to their cc, nodal-authority and appellate and guess what I saw?Even their nodal-authority's official email-id isn't working, mail bounced back.Such great cc and service they have?I'm at a loss to understand what state of affairs, Tikona is in? Do Tikona have any respect for precious time and energy of it's customers?What should I do, wait for them or move to next logical step since I have informed appellate as well?Very dissatisfied customer of Tikona NetworksRajeev

    I got a mail today, atlast from Tikona CC asking for my contact no to which my reply is pasted below:

    Dear Mr Satish,
    Nice to see that Tikona has finally woken up after sleeping on important
    customer-requests and all attempts to reach them
    for almost two months (even the high office of Appellate is yet to respond
    after "within 48 hours" claim since my 19th mail).


    Do I owe anything to Tikona? After making a proper, formal, request to
    terminate service and following the procedure,
    exactly as advised by your customer care executive on record and clearing
    all the bills and outstanding. And then when that
    service ticket is marked as successfully closed, you start harassing your
    customer for no issue. And after so many attempts
    since June'12 to reach and inform you, you're asking to provide contact
    number??


    I've all the receipts, records and proofs of all above to seek legal action
    for harassment claims against you.


    Bye the way, if you're really sincere for my contact number, please
    re-visit my mail (where I also mentioned of my chat with
    your CCE in June that I'm leaving city), which you have replied. It's also
    mentioned below.
    Please show some seriousness and reach me tomorrow or even day after.
