Reliance Netconnect+: Poor connection and Worst Customer care service Hi,
I am Sundaresan Ramakrishnan, residing in Wakad, Pune. I subscribed to Reliance Netconnect+ on 27/06/2012 wherein I brought a Netconnect+ dongle from a Reliance representative name called "Amul" and his contact number is "9021442555" with the plan of "Broadband 10GB_700" which says till 10GB the fixed cost is 700rs and beyond that extra charge will be added. From the day I brought the connection I never see the speed has crossed 300.00Kbps. In my home even my friend as the same device and the same connection. When I check the speed for him it is about more than 1.5MBps. I have informed the Reliance rep who gave the connection to be regarding the poor speed issue, he informed to me call Reliance Netconnect Customer care : "180030005555" to launch the complaint as he cannot check the technical issue. I have done the same and launch the complaint, The ref number is : 2888765438. I clearly informed to the customer care person that I have the poor connection issue, instead he launch the complaint for "plan details miss match in Myservice portal" which is not my nature of my complaint. I came to know that about the above issue when I called after two days since I havent got any call from the Tech department from the Reliance side.
once I came to know that the there was some miss communcation happened I asked the customer care rep to again launch for the "Poor connection" on 14th Aug 2012 with the Ref number: 185122572 and got the informed of the ticket is "High" priority ticket and also it will take 5 days to close the issue. I was really surprised as the SLA is really long time. But still I asked the customer care person to expedite the same since I got the once cycle bill which I received on 11th Aug 2012 wherein I have used only 2.5 to 3GB in the entire cycle. On 16th Aug 2012 I have got a call from the Tech team to work on my issue, I was really happy that my issue is gona resolve. But it was totally waste of time with the Tech team person. He asked me to delete the system temp file and asked me to start the net connection to check the speed. I done as said by the Tech team person as he asked me to connect to "Speedtest.in". I have done the same test today and attached the screenshot of the speed test result. It was further more pathetic today.
I called-up the customer care today and got another surprise. They informed me that since today is the last day(5th day) they have closed the request: 185122572. I asked them without the issue got resolved how come they can close the request, they informed me in that case they are ready to open a new case with referring to the request : 185122572. But I asked them to reopen the same ticket so that it is the correct process. But the customer care person again and again informed me that they can only open a new case and they won’t open the req: 185122572 as there is not option for the same.
I am really frustrated and this reliance connection is very very worst.
Kindly check this issue and let me know how can should this be escalate further.....

they are pathetic,worst service provider, and very worst part is recovery. sir try to change your service provider. i hv been face all this and at last i left this.
very poor experience with reliance you can to consumer court.

Today I got the call from Rel, the person name called "Mitesh" from
the number: 02230326200 wherein he informed me that the issue will be
resolved by tomorrow. He informed me that the person who sold the plan
to me with the device have given the wrong plan which is not correctly
updated in their database. I told him that is not my mistake so since
I need a waiver on the past month bill as the promised speed for my
connection is not given properly. I clearly informed that guy that I am
not goan pay the bill if the Billing issue and the Speed issue is not
get resolve.
Let see how this go now....

No one have called me so far since yesterday.. RCOMCare@ what is the SLA time to resolve a ticket and do your team follow it properly. Every time I can see only a false commitment from you that the issue will be resolved ASPA, but let the customer know when are you going to take care of the issue to resolution.
Do anyone listening from RCOMcare? ????????

Still I havent got any call from Rel....... Seems to be no one is escalating them..... Rel are you looking to this issue ???????? At least give the customer a good impression that you people are working on this case. What will you do if you are facing this problem.
Consumer court Admin@ Kindly check this issue. Seems to be Rel is not at all looking this issue and they are not been escalated.

Today again another person name called " Sandeep " have called me from Reliance and said that he will check this issue and resolve the same with in next few hours. I have informed him 100s of time that not to open a new request instead to work on th same ticket "185122572". During call he informed me that he will escalate the same ticket to the Tech team to work on the same. But now again I received a new request numer "185799816" which the SLA period of 3 days. I dont know why they are opening new new ticket to work on the same issue. Reliance has to reopen the ticket "185122572" instead to go for the new one. Just save the SLA Reliance is creating new new ticket and they are not at all resolving the customer issue. Since from the day one I havent got the proper connection from Reliance I have asked them to work on discount as well, but not sure what answer gona get from them.
Reliance connection really pathetic, you will never get he proper speed they promised to you. If you escalate the same they will delay the time instead to resolve the same. In my side its clear that the issue is with the device and still they are not at all listening to the same.
Reliance@ have you ever got any appreciation from the customer who is currently using the connection as like me.
let see how many days you are gona do the same thing......

I have never get a call from the Tech team regarding the new ticket "185799816" for resolving this issue. When I call the customer care today, they have informed me since the SLA is 3 days I have wait till they work on the same. But when I ask the escalation path, they dont have any answer, if I ask about the workdone, they are saying irrelevant answer as "Still the issue in resolving state". I dont know does the Reliance has proper Tech team to work on the same.
RCOMCare@ are you people really working on this issue????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????

I can see the same statement on all my complaint posted in this portal. I havent got any call from your team till now. I am available from 12:00am to 9:00am today tomorrow and all. As your tech team to work on the same during that time.

This is with respect to my Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ connection bearing number 9397173532. I had placed a request to convert my Postpaid connection to a pre-paid one one on the 17th of Aug 2012 at the West Marredpally branch of Reliance World. I was asked to make a payment of Rs 520/- (Five hundred and twenty only) towards the previous months bill payment Rs. 393/- and the rest for a week of internet usage going forward as the CSR mentioned that it usually takes a week to move the customer over. I made a cash payment of Rs. 520/- and took the receipt and the acknowledgement receipt for the transfer application.
I then received a call from Reliance asking me to confirm my request to change over to a pre-paid connection and offered me a better plan to stay on as a Post paid customer. I refused the offer for the new plan and asked them to complete my request to move to a Pre-paid connection.
Today on the 28th of Aug, i called up to find out the status of my request since i had no further intimation or confirmation from Reliance and i was told that my payment was only received on the 23rd of August and my account was in suspended state. I lost my temper after having heard this and asked the Rep. what i needed to do to cancel this connection altogether. The Rep then tells me that i need to visit the nearest Reliance World outlet as the account first needs to be brought out of Suspended state and only then can the cancellation process be initiated.
This is not the first time that i have been a party to the atrocious service levels that Reliance provides to its Broadband users and have raised complaints before, but this just takes the cake.
I do not have the time to keep running to their offices for something that they should have done correctly in the first place. Please let me know how this matter would be resolved at the earliest.

Even after complaint "185799816" with the SLA of 3days, no one from the Rel team and also from the Rel Tech team NO ONE have called me to resolve my issue. How much time does a customer has to wait for the same. Today I called the customer care and the rep have informed that by around 2:30 PM someone from Tech team would call me to resolve this issue, but no one have called me till now. I have informed the rep that I will be available till 3PM today since I have the shift at 3:30PM, he told that def someone will call me, but its realy a was of time.
Reliance connection is really worth less for money and customer care is one of the worst exp I had in my entire life.
I am dam sure where in you people will call me for the payment of my Rel bill. I will never gona pay that bill at any cause.. let see now how you people are goan work........

Still there is no improvement. Attached is the todays speed test done in Speedtest.in. I am getting very worst speed. Not even an Mb I am getting as a download speed. An guy name called "Mitesh" have called me and I informed him to call me back as I was in personal issue and I informed him that the issue is not resolved. But informed me that this issue is resolved yesterday midnight. But till now its not.
RCOMCare@ I am not gona pay the past month bill unless your team resolve my issue when I am online and I do need the discount for the previous bill as I have used only 2GB max, but I entitled to use 10GB as limited. Since due to your speed issue I havent used the same. By any means I need the waiver for the same.
Let see whether you team work now or not.........
