    Default Tata docomo broadband fraud - trying to cheat money - not cancelling the connection

    My TATA Docomo Photon Plus no. is - 9212666295. After waiting and talking to at least 5 or six operators for more than 3-4 days for more than an hour in total, I was finally able to register a cancellation request for my connection, request no - 914157318. they said that it would take 7 days to cancel and I will have to pay 7 days rent! But now thay have sent me the entire month's bill and have not even cancelled my connection!! This is complete dacoity by TATA. I will soon be going to a civil court to file a lawsuit for my mental harassment and seek punitive damages. I would have paid them for 7 days if they had canceled my connection, but I am not going to pay a single penny, I am going to take them to court and will get the money I deserve for putting up with the biggest fraud company in India.NEVER TAKE TATA Docomo. WORST SERVICE. CHARGE UNNECESSARY MONEY. MENTAL HARASSMENT.

    Oh yeah ... what do you guys mean by saying 'it will be resolved soon' ? I have been in touch with your help desk over two months to switch to a different 3G plan. Every time they come back and tell me it will be sorted out in 48 Hours. Tata Docomo is following a different clock where 48 hours is a much longer than what is practiced on earth. This is my 3G number 8714539887 and my complaint number is M9572163.

    What kind of a business are you guys running there ?

    Default tata photon the cheater

    I have been using Tata photon since 2010 .as I have requested to cancel my photon number 9223796181 and account number – 604811759. And I have paid my all dues amount. But still I m getting bill of photon .and I have not received the letter for closer of my account .its very much disappointing from tata side

    TATA Indicom is a big fraud and i am currently facing big time issues in getting the identify theft issue resolved and have my account closed with TATA.. But they would just not cancel it and have 10 reason for not performing it.
    Stop taking tata services these guys are big time fraud and become party to the crime.....

    Your complaint will be resolved is a big question mark because mine is still pending with no progress at all...... PATHETIC COMPANY................SHOULD CLOSE DOWN................

    Default TATA DOCOMO false commitment - worst customer service - not cancelling connection

    I had taken up a Tata photon data card connection (NO 9282572587) during may. I had requested termination of services during the month of june after paying Rs. 401 for that month as the sales person had lied about broad band connectivity at gudiyatham. The termination request was first accepted by them and then was cancelled from their end without providing me any reason. I have been billed a sum of Rs.1753 for the month of june for which i don't think i had used their broad band services, I also raised a complaint for the same (reference no 586146) but the person who called me did not even have the basic understanding of the issue and was giving me irrelevant answers.I had also sent two mails to DOCOMO' s customer care but have not got any reply from their end. I have been sent SMS saying that they are initiating legal action against me. I have suffered losses amounting to more than 3000 rupees all because of DOCOMO cheating me by saying that they have broad band services.
    I have already lost Rs.1199 for the device and Rs.401 for the dial up speed i got for seven to 10 days and now they want me to pay Rs 1753. They have also not terminated the service to the above mentioned number. Please advice

    Angry recovry agent calling to make payment

    hi

    now i m getting a call from tata to make payment of dues .which i have already done . you people still not close my connection and the issuse is going from long back . now asking money to settlement . what the hell is going on .its seems to mental toucher to me from tata .

    now i m getting call from customer care to make payment . now i m getting very much frustrating to me even i made payment and asked for cancel. my account still not done. its irriating from tata side
