I have been a customer of Reliance for 4 months now. I always make the payment on-line and possibly that is the biggest mistake I made. I tried to make payments on you website continuously from 18th till 26th Sep as the due date was approaching. I tried to contact customer care only to be told that the site is under construction. It was a later stage I realized that inspite the error I was getting the payment got processed 5 times and I ended up paying 5 times the amount due. I contacted customer care to refund the amount and was informed that only the Nodal officer can help me. I have been trying to reach you on phone but either the phone is busy or nobody answers the phone. I had 4 conversations today (5th October) but the end result is same. Reliance Communication cannot pay me my money back for a fault at their end. Now this is what you call customer service. I want everyone to know that Reliance Communications due to its sheer size does not care a damn about its customers and we should all try to do everything possible to show them the consumer strength. Please let me know the process to initiate legal proceedings against Reliance communication.:D
