    Default RELIANCE COMMUNICATION: Troubling Wrong Person for Payment Due..

    Hi,
    Last October,2011, I took a pre-paid number '9923265164' in Pune. From last 3-4 Months almost on daily basis, I am getting call/message from RELIANCE customer care people regarding non-payment of my broadband bill amount. After inquiring, found that the bill payment is due in name of some other fellow, whom I never know and also I am not using the reliance broadband number provided by the customer care.. Even though repeatedly informed to the reliance people, they did not update with their database. As a result, everytime they used to disturb me by calling to my number.. Now, they have started sending legal court message by CAF#500003103312 and asked to attend court in Pune.. Currently, I am out of Pune and everytime paying roaming charge due to these stupid calls. Apart from these charges, it's really frustrating to answer again n' again to different reliance people and also sometime these customer care people talks rudely too.. I am surprised. without any fault why these people are charging to wrong people and that's too after repeatedly informing this as a wrong contact person.

    Yes, even I also considered that this issue has been resolved. But, today again I got a call from '9372011234' (Reliance people) with same issue and same name. Do not understand why still it's not updated in your database and if it's updated, then why still I am getting the calls. This thing is happening from last 4-5 months, but, still now not resolved. Please do the needful soon.

    Dear Sir,

    I had an internet connection from Reliance Telecom I use the service for three months without any problem but in April billing the due date of payment was Dt.5/5/2012. The company was disconnect the service  on Dt 25.04.2012 & also decreasing my credit limit from Rs. 2500/- To Rs.1000/- without any information / sms or such communication , in this regard I lodge a complaint on customer care by mail there after several reminder in last five months & also talk to there customer care they said we don't know why the line is disconnected.from 26-04-2012 to till date there are no service in the number.
    I received a sms from the company on Dt.03-09-2012 for clear the payment other wise they take some legal procedure.<br><br>Please help me on this regards.
