I think you can help me in my issues regarding tata's broadband connection.
I recently took a Tata Indicom Broadband connection(on 19-09-09-date of
commencement of service).Under the plan I was promised 256kbps
bandwidth(8am-10pm) and 1.5Mbps(10pm-8am and 24hrs on Sundays).
I am having following 2 issues:
1. At the time of connection the person responsible for doing the
installation gave me an old router, which i returned saying "i don't want a
old router for my connection provide me with new router else don't give me
the connection". For this the TL for my area one named Mr. Sandesh Kadam
(number : 9223533076) assured me that i will get a new router but let them
do the installation. On his commitment only i took the connection but today
even after 13 days they have not given me the new router and all the call to
the number Mr. Sandesh Kadam gave are never answered.
2. From 24th September onwards i am not able to connect to internet, there
is no connectivity at all till today.
I filed a complaint with Tata customer service (number : 02260607070) for
above 2 reasons on* 25th September 15:30, complaint number :10811792*. from
that day till today October 1, I am continuously calling the customer
service for status of my complaint but the complaint is not getting
resolved. The maximum time for a complaint to resolve is 24 hours. Every day
i call i get the same reply that it will get resolved as soon as possible.
On seeing this I decided to approach *Nodal officer* of my area Ms. Mamta
jain (number : 9223461517, 02267250812). I called the nodal officer on 3
occasion on 3 different days and each time she was not in the office, but
the person answering the call said they are working on behalf of nodal
officer. I explained my issues to one such nodal officer *Mr. Prjapati on
30th September*, who upon listening to my compliant said that he will give
me a call by 16:00 that day. But 16:00 came and went and no call came as
expected. So i called them again on 1st October 11:30 am, they said the same
thing that it is being looked upon and will be resolved shortly. And for
router he was non committed and offensive.
On seeing that even the nodal officer will not be able to resolve the issue
I decided to go to my appellate officer Ms Joseph (number: 02265216898).
after continuously trying to get in touch with MS. Joseph for 1 hour the
calls went unanswered, this is the only number of appellate officer
available online as well as with the nodal officer.
Now i don't have any further authority to complaint to, so i m trying to
file my complaint in consumer court, if you can kindly guide me into how i
can do so i would really appreciate that.
