    Default Need ot file complaint for Tata Indicom Broadbad

    Hello,

    I think you can help me in my issues regarding tata's broadband connection.

    I recently took a Tata Indicom Broadband connection(on 19-09-09-date of
    commencement of service).Under the plan I was promised 256kbps
    bandwidth(8am-10pm) and 1.5Mbps(10pm-8am and 24hrs on Sundays).
    I am having following 2 issues:

    1. At the time of connection the person responsible for doing the
    installation gave me an old router, which i returned saying "i don't want a
    old router for my connection provide me with new router else don't give me
    the connection". For this the TL for my area one named Mr. Sandesh Kadam
    (number : 9223533076) assured me that i will get a new router but let them
    do the installation. On his commitment only i took the connection but today
    even after 13 days they have not given me the new router and all the call to
    the number Mr. Sandesh Kadam gave are never answered.

    2. From 24th September onwards i am not able to connect to internet, there
    is no connectivity at all till today.

    I filed a complaint with Tata customer service (number : 02260607070) for
    above 2 reasons on* 25th September 15:30, complaint number :10811792*. from
    that day till today October 1, I am continuously calling the customer
    service for status of my complaint but the complaint is not getting
    resolved. The maximum time for a complaint to resolve is 24 hours. Every day
    i call i get the same reply that it will get resolved as soon as possible.

    On seeing this I decided to approach *Nodal officer* of my area Ms. Mamta
    jain (number : 9223461517, 02267250812). I called the nodal officer on 3
    occasion on 3 different days and each time she was not in the office, but
    the person answering the call said they are working on behalf of nodal
    officer. I explained my issues to one such nodal officer *Mr. Prjapati on
    30th September*, who upon listening to my compliant said that he will give
    me a call by 16:00 that day. But 16:00 came and went and no call came as
    expected. So i called them again on 1st October 11:30 am, they said the same
    thing that it is being looked upon and will be resolved shortly. And for
    router he was non committed and offensive.

    On seeing that even the nodal officer will not be able to resolve the issue
    I decided to go to my appellate officer Ms Joseph (number: 02265216898).
    after continuously trying to get in touch with MS. Joseph for 1 hour the
    calls went unanswered, this is the only number of appellate officer
    available online as well as with the nodal officer.

    Now i don't have any further authority to complaint to, so i m trying to
    file my complaint in consumer court, if you can kindly guide me into how i
    can do so i would really appreciate that.

    Default Problem on my SIM

    Hello!
    * I need a help from you..I took the Tata Docomo connection on last October month 2009..My prepaid number is 9042372976..

    * I have a problem on my SIM only...now i am using Nokia2630...For the past 2 weeks i am facing the problem what it means when i am using the Tata docomo connection suddenly there is no signal points..At that time i can'nt able to make any outgoing calls or no incoming calls.sms also not sending...

    *If the problem creates means i want to switch off my mobile and took the SIM out of the phone for few minutes and then i place the SIM on my phone...I can do this thing nearly 4 to 5 times for an hour....

    * I can change my mobile also..It can works on some other phones but sometimes the handset will hang....There is no problem in my handset mobile how it means i ll verified by using other network SIM's and home network SIM's in that mobile but it works properly..I am facing the problem when i am using that SIM in my mobile only

    * I gave complaint regarding about this problem to customer care on 15 Feb 2010,morning 8.50AM...They gave me a complaint number-NWK09597650..

    *Still now my problem was not clear..The customer support's are not responding properly...So kindly solve this issue..I hope that problem will solved by yourself..

    Dear Sir,
    I have taken new blank sim for number transfer. i have summited application on shop for number transfer 1 month ago but still my sim is not activated. details of new sim...........

    Default No connectivity and used to and the service is moving from worst to worst day by day

    Please note day by day the service of Tata communication is moving to the worst and worst. We are not having connectivity from last 3 days from 31st March to till date and time and from the backend team no one is giving us updated after mentioning in the complain . Complain no 13500680 . Tata is already taken the money in advance and not giving the service which was committed
    My second case also regarding the ID bhavnabelani@eth.net as they take the monthly rental advance they had already taken and now saying there is no feasibility so could not provide the connection . Till date we had not got our amount back which they had taken advance
