Disappointed with Airtel Online Application for Broadband Hi,
Following are the details of my AIRTEL online application for braodband:
CAF No - ONNOIDA00106987
Transaction ID - 730619345
Transaction Date & Time - 2012-07-30 14:40:56.230541
Amount - 500
I was told that i would be contacted within 48 hrs to collect docs but no body has yet contacted me.
Some representatives contacted me thinking it was not an online application. But. as soon as they discovered that it is an online application and I had already payed the amount, they refused to go further with my request.
They also said that online process is a time taking process.
Hence, i would like to withdraw from this. I want a company whose process is much smoother.
I DONT WANT AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION !!!
Please refund my amount to my account.
Note: There is no way you can contact airtel guy after your online application, coz all their email addresses and customer care is for existing customers ! Seems they don't just care !!!

Hi,
Can you please give me a contact number where I can track this.
Airtelpresence asks for an existing Airtel number which i dont have. Neither can i call 121 without being registered.
Also, please note that i don't want to open a connection with Airtel. Hence, please process for Money Refund and nothing else !!

Nothing has been done so far Nobody is contacting and everybody is pointing some other person. Its already 20 days and nothing done so far.
