This is with reference to my reliance data card no 9324939512 purchased on the 23rd of Aug. On 11th Sep (less than 20 days) my datacard stopped working and I was told to contact the vendor for a replacement. I submitted my card to the vendor (Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd) for replacement on the 14th of Sep. The job no for this request is 09090455500142. The vendor was not prepared to commit on the timelines for a replacement and kept informing me that the replacement would come in 2 days.
On 23rd Sep I sent the customer care team a email with a cc to the Nodal officer regarding the issue and received a call from them in 3 days saying they have forwarded the email to the concerned department. Following this on the 30th I received a call informing me that a replacement is available and I should collect the same. I did so, however the new piece also has the same issue and connection is not working.
I paid 3500 for this connection and then paid 1000 as first bill for only having used the product for 15 days. I am simply tired of this and would just like to end it and have my original investment of 3500 back.

I was regularly using reliance data card since 3-4 years bearing Card No. 9396754505
which was purchased my stay at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. There I never faced
any problem so far as connectivity is concerned. However, on transfer to Hyderabad,
as I am a Government Servant and staying at Banjara Hills, Road No. 12, Hyderabad, (
income tax quarters), it is being observed that the connectivity is totally
diminished. However, I am able to use the data card at my office. I cannot
understand whether I can use the data card in future, if situation continues. In
this connection, I request to kindly suggest me how to solve this problem this
problem when the cost of data card is invovled

me my nate speed allowyous present 20 to 40 kb per second but my net connect
speed in 12 to 17 kb per second. i complan many time.i visit all reliance
survice center but they can not solve my problem.and they can not replace my

Hi My name is Mukhtar Ahmed, I tool reliance net connect 2 months before, there is a person named Satish, who entered wrong address in system. Now they disconnected my connection and saying address is negative.
I am calling them for last one week, no one is responding, I had fight at their office also, but still they are not listening to my complaints.

I have purchased Reliance Net Connect Data Card book online and get it the same on 12th November through Cash in Virti Interactive Online Customer Support on the same day I got Free Sim of Reliance (Post Paid) Rs.199/- Plan. I have produced all documents But Still in both are not activated. I can contact the sales person so many times still no response.

My name is Shatrughan Singh Tomar & my data card no: 9358287358.
I want to inform you that when i got this data card connection from Reliance Store, Sanjay Place, Agra. At that time your executive (Mr. Naveen) told me that for first month, you can use UNLIMITED internet & for this month you received ZERO amount bill from reliance.
According to your executive, my first month bill should be ZERO but within one month i received bill of Rs.1616.61/-.
last 4 months i am taking followup regarding this issue with you by mail(Reliance=008-210-289'). but till date i am not getting any positive response from your side. Many time i visit to your web world but still they are not listening to my complaints.
Today i received a court notice for paying this amount from your advocate.
Please take strict action against this.

Sir on 9th july i bought a reliance netconnect hi speed 1x usb modem
[MDN: 09387481523, RSN;RZTCDC100253248 ]
from reliance showroom Perinthalmanna Malappuram [dist] kerala for 1500 Rupees.
They said that you will get a speed above 40kb/sec.
But when i used the modem i am totally disappointed by their service,
Because i only get a speed maximum of 10kb/sec. and on peak time it is lower as 5 kb/sec.
What will i do, i want my cash back. I don't want to use Reliance service. I am using internet on reliance prepaid Its just wondering that i am getting more than 20kb/sec on Reliance prepaid
