    Default Reliance Net Connect complaint

    This is regarding the problems faced with the reliance net connect
    broadband plus.
    I had bought the reliance data card with the plan of 1 gb day usage
    and 10 gb night.
    firstly, I got a bill after around 15 days which i did not understand.
    After that i got a bill of rs 5050 for the next month which was
    inexplainable. I have not been able to check my usage as the website
    never functions properly. this reaffirms my belief that the bill is
    fudged. I refuse to accept th bill under such circumstances.
    firstly i got the bill a week late than the date mentioned on it.
    Also, my internet stopped working 10 days before i even got the bill
    and i had no intimation from reliance.
    Now, the major problem is the reliance customer care which harasses
    the customers. the customer care numbers :
    180030005555
    30335555
    *222
    and many others
    all of them are not working. most of them do not exist.
    This is preposterous.i have, for the past one week if not more, trying
    desperately to get in contact with you guys but have failed. This is
    unacceptable.
    I, from jaipur, am told to make a call to the mumbai customer care,
    even that puts me on hold for 5 minutes and i get no response.
    I feel cheated and harassed. firstly getting a ridiculous bill and
    with no one to explain it, is unacceptable. then the harassment faced
    by me from the customer care.
    please look into the matter

    Default cheating in Reliance Netconnect Broadband

    am facing very embarrassing situation with reliance service and executives in Hyderabad. I subscribed for New Reliance Net Connect Broadband with the no. 9394653897 on 2nd November09 morning 10O clock. I paid Rs. 3500/- for the data card. My plan is Brdbnd3GDy10GNgt250.
    The person named Vijay, with phone no. 93946607666 came and took money and documents from me. He told me that I would be provided the connection within 2 hours. But he was not able to install the and activate the connection properly. Therefore, he told me next day by morning by 9O clock (3rdNovember09) his superior Zubair, with the telephone no. 9393688994 would come and install it properly. I clearly told them if they failed to do so I could not take the connection. Because I am share market trader, I have huge amount open positions that I wanted to watch very carefully and close some of them. But until now they did not come and install it. I called both the people so many times. But they are not at all attending my phone call. I tried to call the nodal officer in the following number 040-30331771. No one is lifting the phone. What shall I do? Shall I need to go to consumer court? Shall I need to complaint to higher authorities of Reliance?

    I have reliance NET CONNET BROAD BAND+ model no EC150. My number is 08799173225. My plan is 3.1 mbps and upload speed si 1.8 mbps but some days the speed is very slow 144 kbps and upload speed is 5 kbps.i am still waiting for solution

    Default very poor service by dealer

    Hi,

    I am having a connection 9316803194 for the last on year, before bought this from dealer SCO 80, sector 40-c, Chandigarh, he was very polite. I am not getting the bill on time that's why month on month there is charges of 50 rupees borne by me. Many times i was told my problem to dealer but he does not want to listen anything. He is very rude and behaved just like a king of reliance company. I am requesting you through this complaint that my bill should be at my door on time & requesting to reliance company before giving dealership a minimum lesson or training has to be taught that How to behave with customer??

    After all SERVICE MATTER!!!!!!!!

    The idea is to prevent customers from using their download limit by reducing their download speed to a unusable one like 1-5kb/s or even 0.1 kb/s ! that till the end of the month the customer wouldn't even be able to reach half his download limit in the selected data plan. Eg, last month I had recharged Rs 1001 , which gives 10gb download at 3.1 mbps (300kb/s) and 144 kbps (20kb/s) after 10gb. It was an unlimited plan . After I reached 5.61gb of download , my speed got reduced to 0.1 kb./s to 3-4-5kb/s. Really annoying isn't ?

    Default Reliance netconnect+ is nothing but the Reliance netconnect- (negative).

    i use it since last 1year. It is very slow then others .Reliance netconnect+ is wrong. they give us the speed 50 to 100 kbps not 3.1 mbps.it slow slow and slow. what itell about reliance netconnect it is nothing because i used it.it is not inias super fast wireless broadband with speed up to 3.1 mbps it is indias super slow ireless broadband with speed up to 1.3 kbps. when i call to custumer care then always it is busy busy busy what busy busy. it is badluck for me as wel las users. i am angry.

    Default Reliance Data Card Agents Fooled me - Did not even Submit my papers to the Reliance

    Hi,

    I bought the reliance net connect+ from one of your dealer in Baner, Pune. (Shop name - Samsung Mobile, S. No 76/1, Shop no 3, Rejhans Building, Baner. phone number 020-46778990). Tey told me fr 2000/- I will get a datacard + 15 GB usage. Its been 2 weeks, I have got only 5 GB added to my account.. and when i call the reliance customer care, they say they dont have my data uploaded. Its almost 2 weeks since I have submitted all my details and I don't know why the data is not appearing in their database. After Following 10-15 times with the dealer, they gave me one reliance guy's no. Ganesh - ph no. 7498632025), he started giving me all the excuses... ignored my phone calls.. and never called back. And till date I dont have the remaining 10GB in my account. As per Ganesh, I have exhausted that 15GB.. and when I call the customer care, they say I had only 5GB in my account. I am very disappointed with the way they have fooled me including the reliance agent.

    I want to know whom I can escalate this issue to? Customer care guys are not ready to take my complain as they dont have my details.

    Angry ABout Reliance Netconnect+

    Dear Sir,

    With due respect, I am writing to you on the matter of FI. The guy from company named AMJAD 9352207845, he transfer my call to guy named TRILOK 7742111000. he came to my hostel and took the documents and money and hand over me DONGLE. i opted for POSTPAID THREE MONTH ADVANCED PAY plan. Meanwhile i went to my home town and when i came back to Jaipur my device was not working at all. I called him many times but they are not responding proper and messaging back "I am busy . will call you back".
    What should i do? I am feeling like cheated. should i go to consumer court.

    A SALESMAN FROM RELIANCE NET CONNECT CAME TO MY SHOP AND SOLD ME A RELIANCE INTERNET POST PAID CONNECTION FOR 1500 RS AND TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A WI-FI- CONNECTION + A 32 GB READY PEN DRIVE + A DISCOUNT OF 200 RS WILL BE DISCOUTED FROM THE BILL EVERY MONTH TILL U RETAIN THE CONNECTION BUT AFTER THE DELIVERY OF THE DATA CARD BY THE RELIANCE CO WE CAME TO KNOW THAT IT WAS NOT AWI-FI CONNECTION BUT IT ACTS LIKE A WI-FI CONNECTION+ IT IS NOT A READY PEN DRIVE BUT IT ACTS LIKE A PEN DRIVE+ THE DISCOUNT OF 200 RS IS FOR ONE YR ONLY+ A SPEED OF 3.1 MBPS AS GURRANTED BY THE CO HAS NOT BEEN RESTORED AS THEY SAY AFTER A NO OF COMPLAINTS YOUR ADRESS HAS NOT BEEN VERIFIED .
