I had applied for Reliance Broadband Combo Plan Rs. 649/- (Speed 300 kbps) on
09-09-2009 for which I had given the installation charges to Reliance Marketing
Agent Mr. Surinder. He said that I would get the connection within 3 days and
receipt for the installation charges within 24 hours. But till date connection not
got installed. I made many calls to Mr. Surinder and his senior Mr. Amit almost
everyday and everytime they said that connection would get installed by the evening.
Every time Mr. Surinder said that he would give me receipt by the evening but not
given yet. AND I came to know from his senior Mr. Amit that Mr. Surinder did not
submitted the installation amount in the office. Although I have recorded telephonic
conversation with Mr. Surinder in which I am inquiring about the installation amount
and he is admitting about the fact. Now I have neither CAF No. nor any Receipt. Can
you please tell me if I can go for Consumer Court. And if I file a petition in
Consumer Court, what compensation I would get from Reliance as they caused a lot of
mental harassment to me. VERIFICATION got done on 12-09-2009 by Mr. Sonu, but till
date (today 25-09-2009) broadband connection not got installed.
