Hi,

At the time of connection , was told by TATA Broadband sales guys that if not satisfied with service. Money would be deducted on pro-data basis and rest refunded. Hence paid 4 month advance around 5K + .

Service was pathetic , field engineer incapable of solving issues. Hence struggled for week and then applied for termination . And at time of termination too , was told amount would be refunded. After month i get a call that i am not eligible for refund as its advance rental .

Its scam , have decided hence forth not to use any TATA products that would include my disconection of my INDICOM too.

Cant trust TATA anymore ....
