i have also tata wimax connection and used to face this problem. but what i do is, open the network connections, disable and enable the corresponding local area network connection and its get connected with out having any issues. in the last 6 months sometimes that didnt work and then i connected to the router (you have to change your ip for that, contact tata customer care for more details), and resync or readd the scanner channels and the problem solved. but to do all these, you have to be little techie or learner... if you dont want to handle all these hassles then go for wired connection. if no body provide wired connection at your area, then you should find a new house where the service provider exists...

i told them to give my money back..they say no....
assholes....when they cannot give the proper services and if they dont know to do the buisness..
they gave me couple of number to call from where i can get my money these number are swith off...
