Airtel BroadBand Access billing.... Dear Sir/Mam
My name is Aditya Kumar. I am Using a Broadband connection of Airtel in my Delhi office. From last few months i am facing a problem of excess billing for my connection.
Last month they have send me a bill of Rs.4500/- approx. Then I had a talk with the customer care people of Airtel they gave me a complain no and told me that we will check it thoroughly and get back to you. After 3-4 days i called them up and got the information that the bill is right and you have some problem in your network due to that you are getting access download. Till then i was agree on there point but when i checked the details of my bill on which day we have done more downloading then i found that Airtel people are charging for Sundays also... when i saw that i was shocked how this is possible? because my office is In Nehru Place, Delhi-110019 in a DDA building and it remains closed on Sunday we also power Down The MCB of my office everday before closing the office.
so there in no possibility of downloading of DATA on Sundays.. then i told my accounts officer to check the previous bill then we found that they have charged for the holidays and Sundays also in most of the bill.
Now i am very sure that they charge or make the bills with closed eyes or they think that the person who is spending money for there services has no mind.
This month i have not deposited the bill and i want a solution for that and i also want to say all the members that please check you detail bill every time before you pay for any service..
so please help me in this case..

Access bill and charges even disconnected 3g Airtel Data card Dear Sir/Mam
My name is Dilip Kumar. I was Using a AIRTEL 3GBroadband data card connection of Airtel in Hyderabad. The 3G data card was disconnected by me due to poor connectivity and access billing even though it had a unlimited 5GB corporate plan
Now I have been asked to pay 2800 bill due for last two months for which i never used the data card and it was disconnected as confirmed by Airtel agent, I have received the sms that Airtel going into court for recovery. Then I had a talk with the customer care people of Airtel they gave me a complain no and told me that we will check it thoroughly and get back to you.
I am a loyal customer of Airtel with my family but seriously thinking to switch over to Vodaphone or Tata for all my connections. I also recommend to friends do not use airtel data card 3G rather use Reliance or Tata photon,
Now i am very sure that they charge or make the bills with closed eyes or they think that the person who is spending money for there services has no mind.
I want a solution for that and i also want to say all the members that please check you detail bill and pla every time before you pay for any service or plan.
so please help me in this case..
