i had given Rs1500 for airtel wi-fi new connection of phone num 01724006289 on 16 sep 09 to airtel agent Mr. Deepak by hand cash...But he submitted d check to airtel and after one week check was bounced and connection is disconnected...We talked to Mr. Deepak and airtel engineer and airtel officer Mr. Parvesh of mohali...
But no one is giving response to our connecting internet connection...its now 48 hrs passed dat no one in airtel is listening to us, , , , , , , and i m sick of airtel service...Please help me sir, , , , ,

hi my name is harish jangid and my airtel broadband number is 022 40143606. i took airtel broadband services as some of sales executive came at my doorstep with promotion.
in the month of may last week my brother got deased because of which i went to native place to perform last rights,when i came back after 1 month, i found my airtel broadband services was blocked,when i called customer service i was informed tht there is an o/s amnt of 1500 because of which my account is blocked,i told the reason why the paymnet was not made on account and i requested the agent to send someone for pymnt,very next day on 27th june someone from airtel came to my place to collect money,which i paid by cash and was informed my services will get resumed within 24 hours.
i waited for more thn 48 hours but it was blocked,i called customer service infmed abt payment made n was told will be able to connect within 4 hours
again aft a 24 hours i called and was informed that there isa outage because of which i am not able to connect to internet and so on i was calling every day for almost 10 days,every time i got the diffrent answer ,finaaly one day i asked to speak to the manager,after being on hold for almost 15 minutes,i spoke to a supervisor name dhanshree,i explained the issuse and to my surprise i was told that my airtel internet is terminated because of bed debt, i informed that i already made a payment and gave the cash reciept number,dhanshree informed me that will make a complaint stating the same and said i will get a call from the concern department within 24 hours,i waited for 3 days, i finally got a call from retention department,after i informed abt the issuse i was told that they will right off the o/s amount which was never outstanding and said will ssend a executive at my address to collect my id proof n address proof to again connect my line which never happen...
after couple of weeks i started getting calls from colletion department of airtel asking me to pay o/s amnt as well as peolple coming at my home for paymnet using profanity on calls

I want to convey that from the last many days I am regularly received a call for Mr Daljit Singh whom I donot know. I have explained this many time to the caller, but today the caller misbehaved with me. My Mobile no. is 94632-06450. My Name is Harvinder Singh. I am doing job in PUDA and I donot know any person named Daljit singh. you can send your representative to contact me personally for verification and please stop these unwanted calls immediately. I have save last three calls Telehone Numbers i.e. 0172-4675609, 0172-4604883 ans 01724604882. The caller usually discount the telephone and do not want to believe what I am explaining to the caller.
So if no action will be taken by you at the earliest, then I will be forced to lodge a police compalint in this connection.

I have an airtel 1 mbps connection, but the download speed is just 15kbps, very very disappointing. My broadband number is 01814636881
If it remained the same then I have to quit using airtel from my home and office as well
I have availed to Airtels night combo broadband connection 8PM to 8AM plan. My Landline number is 01142331180. This time when i had received my e-bill of Rs.2656 for the month of August I found that it was over charged by Rs.1270. On Aug 8,2010 I started internet at 19:59:29 , 31 seconds earlier than my combo plan. I had been charged Rs1270 for the same. I complained regarding this matter on Sept5, 2010- complaint number 37276024. On Sept 6, 2010 I deposited the due amount of Rs.1385 as advised by Airtel customer care provider. Later on Sept 13, 2010 I was informed by phone call that necessary corrections in the bill has been made. But in this months bill the earlier overcharged amount of Rs. 1270 is again mentioned as outstanding. In addition late fees of Rs.75 is also charged wrongly.
I have been a bona fide consumer of Airtel services for past many years.
You are requested to resolve the matter at the earliest possible.
