I am availing BSNL Broadband Service from past 1+ year from Faridabad Haryana.

Everything was going fine in all respect,but when bill posted for the month of August 2009, it was mentioning Bill Amoutn as Rs 3317. And on making queries they said this is my pending dues for some previos month with BSNL, but I am having all receipt of payments that I have made.
Due to some reason I won't be able to deposit Bill Amount of July that ned to be paid by 26 August 2009.
Still the bill amount for July & August cannt be as much as BillAmount for July was Rs. 566 now it should be Rs. 586 (incl. late fee).
Please look in to my matter
