    Default Reliance net connect

    Hi,

    I have taken a corporate connection from reliance commnunication in March
    09.The connection was disconnected in July 2009 post failure of submission
    of one bill for the month of June 2009.Post which I approached sector 14
    branch, same branch from where I have taken the connection and submitted
    the billed amount for June & July 2009 with the late fees.

    Post submission of billed amount I contacted the branch executive and also
    visited the centre and I was assured that my connection would be restored
    in the next 24 hours.After waiting for 48 hours I revisited the centre
    again and checked as to why my connection was not restored to which they
    said they will personaly look into the matter and get the connection
    restored in the next 48 hours but nothing has happen since then. I have
    visited Reliance Webworld, Sector-14 branch 10 times and has called up the
    the Mumbai corporate office at +91 22 3033 6363 several times and has also
    spoken to Ms Kanuriya who heads the Gurgaon branch but to no avail. I have
    faced extreme disconfirmed due to this, please help.

    Default Reliance Netconnect plus Internet connection

    Hi,

    Complaint number:168775308.
    I opted for Reliance netconnect+ 5GB unlimited package on 21st November thinking that I will atleast get a 3.1 mbps speed till I use 5GB fair usage limit, but it never happened. The highspeed should start everymonth 21st which dint happen, and they say that the billing cycle for the area where I reside will start from 9th of everymonth and my 5 GB limit has started from 9th of December and I am on that high speed plan and the 5 GB is still unused for this month as I never got 3.1 mbps speed and running on downgraded speed. When I called them on 26th December, they said they have raised a complaint and I should get the high speed from the next day(27th December) which never happened. And despite calling them multiple times on a daily basis and spending 30-60 minutes on phone, there is no use. Everytime I call them, they say the same thing "The complaint is in progress status, we have sent a request to the back end team.The issue will be fixed in one week". And yesterday(29th December) when I called them, they said the issue will be fixed by 30th Dec 11:00 AM, still the same slow speed, I called them again, and they said the issue will be fixed by 4:00PM, still the same, I called them around 4:30 and asked for an escalation and the person with whom I spoke said the supervisor is busy on another call, but no need to worry, as my issue will be fixed in 15 minutes...I waited for 30 minutes and checked, still the same slow speed, finally I called them and asked for a supervisor and after waiting for 20 minutes on hold, some supervisor answers an says, "everymonth I will get highspeed till I use 5 GB, I told him that I hardly got 3-4 hours of high speed and the slow internet speed issue started again, and he says the minium speed I get is 200-300 kbps and maximum is 3.1 mbps when Im in fair usage limit, and as I got the minimum speed which is 230.4 kbps, my 5 GB limit is exhausted and I have no other go other than desperately running on 230.4kbps...I got the highspeed hardly for 2-3 hours since Dec 9th that was not I paid them for...I need Internet for my job, as I am into online marketing and with this slow speed internet, I have suffered alot and I have lost alot on my production and my job is at stake. This has Reliance netconnect has been nothing but a extreme dissatisfaction to me..Please help.
