    Default complaint against Airtel Broadband

    Dear Sir,

    This mail is in reference to harassment calls I am getting from Airtel Team for Internet connection. Airtel landline No. 08042287478 & Broad Band - Account No. 15329240

    History :

    Due to crisis in [COLOR=#009900 !important]service from service provider for almost 2 months, I had requested Airtel way back in last week of jan 2011 for discontinuation of this service.

    Few Highlights of 2 Major crisis months were : Complaints were logged in for
    1. No internet access
    2. No resolution to issue
    3. [COLOR=#009900 !important]Complaint getting closed by Airtel team without even checking the reality checked. [/COLOR]
    4. Charging for the service which we never entertained.
    5. No reversal of payment.

    Concern :
    1.Despite complaints, Airtel kept on generating bills for almost three months and have been getting consistent call for payment for duration we had major issues with connection and there had been multiple complaint logged in.



    2.Every time when i called to lodge a compliant against connection, they said issue will be taken care of and without [COLOR=#009900 !important]confirmation they closed mycomplaint everytime. After 7-8 complaint in same month there was no resolution. There was no solution and I have stopped asking for service with frustration.[/COLOR]


    3.Feb month , we posted mail to them for the payment calls and they revert that they will come with solution but as usual they never reverted. There were multiple mails and with no revertal from their end I have to stop again.

    4.I receive a call on 14-07-2012, to pay 2800+ amount and to be present in Delhi high court on same day. They threated that if I don’t pay the amount, we will get dictum to pay Rs.18000 from Court. So better have out of court settlement.


    Complain Number with Airtel:

    Following are the complaint numbers which I have got from Airtel. Multiple call were made against these call no. to :

    7441816

    and so on.


    Its July now and after no response for February mail, suddenly I received a call on 14-07-2012, to pay 2800+ amount amount and to be present in Delhi high court on same day. Also asked for out of court satelment otherwise court will charge 18000 as penalty. I have no. from which I received the calls which I don’t want [COLOR=#009900 !important]to share.[/COLOR]



    I have never been defaulty in paying any of my bills ( be it [COLOR=#009900 !important]Credit card, [COLOR=#009900 !important]Telephon[/COLOR] bills, water bills, [COLOR=#009900 !important]loan[/COLOR] EMIs), and this is very small amount to settle things up. However i still dont want to only beacuse why [COLOR=#009900 !important]should i pay[/COLOR], i feel I will be supporting the cheating activity / Corruption.[/COLOR]



    After 6 months, as a lady I am really fed up and can't take this anymore. Seems like I am getting harassed and annoyed for Fraudulent service.

    I have enough complaint numbers as mentioned above. I have gone though enough mental trauma and want [COLOR=#009900 !important]consumer court help to get solution for same. Need to know how to deal with cases where there is no response from Service Provider.[/COLOR]

    Hi,

    My Broadband Account number is : 7005380508
    Landline Number: 044- 42103490

    I am extremely disappointed from Airtel service. I have four Mobile postpaid connections from Airtel and a Broadband connection from Airtel.
    I am facing a serious issue with Broadband connection. I have asked to cancel my broadband account on the month of June 2012 by sending a mail to customer care but it has not been cancelled. Also I did not get a proper reply from the customer care and the nodal officer regarding my cancellation problem. Now I am being charged for the extra two months that I have not ultilised the service and the bill which they told me made me to faint.

    I hope you can resolve my problem at the earliest and I do not want to be CHARGED AGAIN IN THE COMING MONTHS.
    I can pay a amount of Rs:1800 for the two months of service I have utilized. Please go ahead and cancel my account.

    Default Airtel Braodband connection. Generating bills after dis-connction.

    Hi,
    My name is Parag Nemade. When I was in Mumbai I was using the airtel boradband connection in 2009-10. The landline number is 02242151856 and acount no is 14902925. The plan for it was like. Rs. 800/Month un-limited download. In Nov-2010 I stoped using internet and closed connection after paying full n final bill around Rs. 4500.00.

    Now on today (27-July-2012), I got call from Advocate Shantanu Bhatia from Delhi (I thing its fake name) from number 08890758184 at 4:13 PM saying 'Airtel has filed a case in Delhi session court (case no. 70/2012) and the file is being processed at 5:00 PM. If I dont pay the bill of Rs. 8876.00 before 5 PM, Delhi session court will generate a order to Mumbai Police to arrest me imediately and then you have to pay 1 To 2 lacs to close case and nobody will give you any type of loan n telephone connection in future. To avoid this condition you have to pay bill in cash and provide me the receipt number before 5 PM.' I was really scared at that time and so paid full bill using my SBI credit Card in Airtel gallary and provided the receipt number to Mr. Bhatia.

    When called up to Airtel customer care to have the full details of bill generated and payment paid in period of Oct-2010 to till date, they said we does not maintain this type data older than a year. This number is re-cycled to another person.' Airtel is not giving details of bill geneated. After that I tried to call Mr. Bhatia to get detailed information about case the number was un-available or switched off. Now I feel they chaeted me.

    So please resolve my complaint and give me the justice.

    Post Not received regular Bill

    Dear ,
    I am Saurabh Jain from Indore. I am user of Airtel Broadbond since last 3 years. My Account no. 15213955. I am not getting Airtel Bill per months. I have complaint many time regarding bill. After Complaint, I got bill after due date. I am not responsible for pay late fee when i am not getting bill at right time.

    Mr Rakesh,

    i am also have some issues related to airtel broadband. I am not recieving the browsing speed that i should. For that i have mailed several email ids but to no use. I have also registered a complaint on your mentioned website, registered a complaint on airtel.in with service request no 19563918 . I will be highly obliged if you can do something related to my issue.
