    Default Double rental charges in the bills for A/c No 15737817

    Sir,

    With due respect I wish to bring to your notice the uncalled for harrasement being meted out to myself due to irrerelevent billing from Bharti Airtel...a company of high repute. I have had great faith on the company and being a senior and dutiful citizen I kept on paying the dues as asked for hoping against hope that the disrepiencies in the bills will be sorted out as promised by the customer care executives time and again.

    After I complained I got the message thrice at the intervals of 3-4 days that I have been charged Rs.1980 more in two consecutive bills and the same will be adjusted in my next bill. On the other hand there were constant calls from the billing deptartment that there is an outstanting balance of Rs1100/-. Now everyday a new person calls and confirms that I will get the adjusted bill and other messages..then after some time another person calls and asks me to pay current bill with double rental charges plus arrears and when can a person come to collect.?

    Nobody bothered to check that why a consumer is complaining time and again and why a good and regular paying customer turned into a complainant ? And is the problem so severe and really unsolvable ? I have been charged double the rentals ( printed and added twice) in every bill. Do I need a full time employee to keep following up with their offices for adjustments and that too for a fault of theirs ! . Why to add customers when the company cannot serve them ? I again reterate that I have only one connection under the rental scheme of Rs 999.

    I have repeatedly written to the nodal officer and the appelete authority as well but except for an auto reply from the appelette authority there is no response at all. No one seems to be bothered. Even the calls to the nodal officers number are diverted to a voice mail box which is full. This is shocking! I have requested them to disconnect the connection if this cannot be rectified once and for all as I will not be entertaining wrong bills any more. I am being forced to take the matter to the hounourable consumer courts and have it setteled legally.

    Hope to have your help on this matter and seeking early solution.

    Default facing problem in MNP from dolfin to airtel

    dear sir
    myself mohit chawla. i m a retailer in north central delhi.i've send a request of MNP to my area's airtel T.M. [mr. Gaurav Mangla] on 09th feb'11..but till da date dat request is under process as my T.M. said..for the first 7 days he forget to send the mnp request after dat it's still in que.[ 9868974023 is the number for port and upc code is md788821 ]..why mr Gaurav taking that much time for a simple process? if there is any problem why he is not discussing with his seniors about this? plz help me to sort out this problem...

    Default airtel complaint

    Sir,

    I would like to bring to your kind notice that I went to charge my wife's mobile no.9958 601172
    on 27th april at 12.15 pm (at Mallick communications at Zakir Nagar, (Near New Friends Colony) New Delhi - 25)

    I was told to put money(Rs.200/) and enter details on a machine.I did.

    I received the SMS saying that recharge was successful,but Rs.200/ was not reflected in my balance.When I inquired from shop and customer care( 91 124 4568800 Mr.Manish) I was told that my account is recharged in 3G which I am not using.when I asked for refund I was told by Manish (customer care executive) that refund is not possible.I should forget my Rs.200.

    Please intervene and bring this to some logical conclusion,otherwise I will go to consumer court.

    Subject: Complain for not providing the connection and causing damage to the property.

    Sir,

    I Amitabh Modak Acc No. 7005189373 would like to bring to your notice that I had applied for air tel broadband connection on 27th of July 2011 but as according to your records the connection was applied on 31st of July 2011. In the beginning your sales executive called Chandan, Mobile No. +919313410673 and Suresh, Mobile No. +919818257039 had promised me to provide the connection in 3days time which is not at all possible as told by your customer care executive. Then the sales person provided me with the no of there manager Kuldeep Nagar +919818713803.and told me to contact him regarding the connection he at beginning was very promising then when not able to full fill his promise stopped answering the phone after that i tried to contact these people regarding the connection but they stopped answering my calls. I then got in touch with the customer care team some were helpful but most of them didn't know whats going on with my account some told that airtel is going to provide me with the connection and some told me that they are not going to provide me with the connection as they told that there is a sub-pillar chock and my form will be canceled then i contacted reg the same issue again reg whats going on and one of your supervisor told me that the problem has been resolved and the connection will be provided very shortly then an executive came to my house and had done the wiring on 26th of August 2011 and told me that the installation team will visit my hose with one and half hour but no one came then i again got in touch with your customer service department and made complains reg the same but no one is sure whats going on with the connection. today i again called customer service department reg the same issue as for it is nearly a month and nothing has been done then one of your supervisor told me that the connection has been canceled and and the money will be refunded. When i asked him about the damage that has been done to my property for doing the wiring that has been done on 26th of August 2011 he didn't have any ans to the question and told me to write a mail for that.

    I would like to notify you that if you are not going to provide me with the connection the connection then i want the company to refund me my money and fulfill the damage done to the property or i will give you another option that is to provide me with the connection. its all up to you.

    Am sure you will provide me with the proper solution.

    Dear Sir, It is with great pain and helplessness with which I am writing this.

    I own a Pre-paid Mobile bearing No. 9971707967. I have been bombarded with "GYAN SAGAR" service since 21 Aug 2011 and being charged Rs.30/per month. Again on 17, 21 to 27 Sep, this is being continued.
    THIS IS SERVICE I NEVER SUBSCRIBED AND HAVE NEVER KNOWN EXISTED.

    EVERY EFFORT FOR stopping this service by contacting the number appearing on the message alwaysreaches a dead end.

    On 27 Sep, I contacted the nearest Airtel booth and through them, a telecaller. I was assured that the service will be stopped forthwith but refused to entertain my request for re-imbursing my money.

    I am soldier, and feel very hurt at the blatant loot being orchastrated by the Airtel/allied services with nothing to fight back. I HAD EXERCISED AND ACTIVATED THE DND SERVICE MANY MONTHS AGO. Still they keep tormenting in this fashion. The telecaller bluntly says that he has "proof" that I subscribed to it. It is a WRONG statement and a concocted story. I don't even know what Gyan sagar provides or what it actually does. Nor do I have time to listen to such chaff. This act is worse than the dacoits. I want them to re-imbursement the money illegally and unreasonably taken away from me.
    Please help.
