Complain about non connection of landline / Broadband connection

Sir, I have applied for a Land line connection at Vijaynagar branch with broadband on 06-06-2012. I've deposited the the sum Rs.500/-. I've already submitted my complaint twice, a BSNL worker (phone no.:+918023116900) called me once and said we will receive our connection in 2 days but, nobody turned up and they even ignored our call. one month has already passed and I need the connection urgently.
