    Respected sir ,

    I had bought a relianc netconnect usb modem on 7/7/09 from the reliance store at p-166 cit road ultadanga. The sole purpose was to atted a few clases that would need high speed internet. The sales guy at the store told me that postpaid to prepaid conversion was possible after one months usage so he insisted that i spend RS 3500 initially and get a postpaid hsd data connection instaed of Rs 4000 planof prepaid. i was facing cash problem at that point in time so a save of Rs 500 was good . My plan is with 10 gb limit and a add on pack. After i statred using it i had called up customer care and they told me that postpaid to prepaid conversion has long been stopped . I contacted relience house who told me to wait till my firt bill on 25/7/09. After the bill came I launcd a complaint with them about the fraudent promise that was made to me by the executive and i provided them the details. Aster that the follow up call came and i was told that due to "lack of knowledge " the executive had made a mistake " . Anwaysi I recieved a call from retention dept saying that they have agreed to change a postpaid to prepaid conversion against my complaint no : 105366858. on August 7 . In the mean time i spoke to someone in trlianc house who said he i looking into the mayyrt by the name of rajdep and it would take a take afew days say 7-10 days to solve the issue as it wasstuck due to some technical problem. As per his instuctions i had registered a complaint for fraudent sale and postpaid to prepaid conversion on 31/7/09 (complaint no : 105366858) which should have been solved by 10 august. Now nobody picks up the phone at relianc house chowrangee. I had even paid 10 days extra money as he said that it will gert solved by that time . Anyways i had written an email to the nodal officer on 26 aug 2009.

    Respected Madam,

    I the undersigned have been a customer with reliance for the last 2 months . My netconnect broadband number is 09339220001and is registered under my name .I would like to bring to your kind notice the fact that i had launched a complain with reliance net connect about fraudulent sale and so reliance had agreed that i would be allowed a reliance netconnect postpaid to prepaid conversion under special senario as told by the reliance retention team and also as per the complaint resolution given by them for the complaint on 31st july 2009, ( please refer to complain no : 105366858. i was told first that it will be solved in 3-4 days . i had also paid some extra amount to reliance. When i called up reliance head office and spoke to Mr Raj deep he told me the issue cannot be processed due to some technical problem at your end . since then 25 days have passed and i still have no resolution, every time i call i get empty words of assurance which are void of any actions . I am loosing on money as well as time and therefore whatsoever loyalty i had towards reliance is fast diminishing . Please let me know if the conversion can be done or not else it is taxing my pocket heavily so that i can take necessary steps . I have not been able to contact Mr Rajdeep and I am thinking over to change to other providers if the issue is not in the next solved in the next few days . please give me a date when this is be solved .

    There was no reply on that i have recieved my next bill which is due on 12-09-2009 . I have not paid and iam still waiting my postpaid to prepaid migration

    please help

    i cannot afford so much money it was purely for acedemical purposes that i took it i have no use for it now i need to get it converted to prepaid
