I am writing here after getting frustrated with the TATA ADSL's services and their customer care. Few days back I applied for the connection and they installed it promptly because they were the preferred service provider of our socity. After the installation they keep on frustrating me till now from last 20 days. First they provided faulty instrument, then they promptly send me the bill of 7000+ for 9 days of service. After asking them they said that because my line was activated only 2 days back before the generation of bill even though I was using that same connection for the whole 9 days but I don't know how it got activated only before 2 days. Because of their faulty billing system the bill is 7000 + otherwise it would have been 800 + as per my bill plan and free usage. Their speed is always below their promise (less than half).

More than that the attitude of their customer care is more legendary than their service.
Their Customer is always wrong attitude sucks.
Finally I disconnected the service but the bill issue is still pending.

Earlier I was having a great respect for the TATA's but after using their services (this is the filrst time) I think Ambani's are much better.

Really TATA Sucks.
