Hi,
This is Ajay Chandra ( Husband of Avantika Verma ), we purchased a high
Modem Data connection last week with no. 09320465358
I Asked Executive to give me 1049 plan with that discount of 200 rupees
every Month for 12 Month Period.
But yesterday when i got Call from Customer Care to confirm my connection
and my other Details
She told me that i have been put on 15 GB plan ,Which i never Opted For. I
told her that i have opted for 1049 plan ( 3 Gb + 10 Gb Night )
so please change the Plan to 1049 plan . But she told me that i have to
speak to my Executive ( The Guy who sold me Modem )
I spoke with him , today but he is telling me that he Wrote 1049 plan only
in Form. It's a Mistake of Backend Team.
After that i spoke with Customer Care but even they are not helping me to
sort this Problem.
As this your Internal Matter and i have not done any mistake from my
side.
I Request you to change my Plan to 1049 ( 3 Gb Day + 10 Gb night Plan )
With a discount of 200 Rupees for 12 Months.
Note:- As This is not my mistake i will not make any payments , if this
not been sorted out on priority .
Please Take Appropriate Action to Resolve this or Give me
Concern Person Name and Cell No.
