Respected sir most humbly I wish to state that I was using reliance broadband on phone no01413005121.i applied for its disconnection in month of march. The no was disconnected and the telephone equipment and modem was collected by ur staff. I paid the bill in the month of april .But Since then bill is being sent every month at my home .i contacted customer care for this many a times. ref no 96969018 dated 8.5.08.and contacted ur local office in jaipur twice and submitted application regarding this but no suitable action has been taken .To worsen this now iam being telephonically harrased by your official for paying the bill I am a physician in ESI hospital and having a very busy schedule. This continous disturbance is hampering my hospital work. Kindly solve this problem.and give appropriate instructions to your staff.
