Dear Sir,
I have applied for a BSNL broad band + LANDLINE connection on 31/08/ 2009 and the Ref No :AN:92447281.There has been no developments on this till now. I have already approached the local BSNL office and i've handed over the copy of the payment receipt but there is no improvement. When i tried to reach your toll free nos : 1500 & 16004241600, the nos weren't working and i started wondering if there is any customer care if at all in BSNL. When tried to log a complaint in your site, the customer care portal offers service only for existing BSNL customers. Is there a dedicated customer care for new clients.
