I am Shailesh Patel From Ahmedabad, I have purchased the combo pack ( Broadband + Land line ) 649 / motnth on 17th Of Aug 2009. I have submitted all the documents and three months advance cheque on the same date 17th Of Aug 2009. The Marketing person Mr. Vinay (Mobile No : 9328082250) commited me to install both services within 7 days, but it was not installed. Every day I was calling to Mr. Vinay and he was asking for one more day, On 28th Aug I came to your Office at Reliance House, C.G Road and had personal talk for 2 hours with Mr. Mitesh and Priti regarding same issue, Both committed me to install it within 2-3 days. On the next day my broadband connection was installed but not the land line. Till date I have not received my land line and every day I am calling to Mr. Vinay and customer care but have not got the solution. Today again I talked with Priti and Mitesh and they have commited me to install it by tomorrow, But I know that it will not be happened so I am writing to this as the last step, else I will discontinue with Reliance (I must had discontinued but as I have paid 3 moths advance and the process is too long.........to get my money back ).


In this duration I have not received a single call from Reliance or Mr.Vinay to give me updates, Is this the quality / Value added service this deparment is providing ? I have purchased the combo as I was in need of both the services but due to this problem my plannings an mindset are totally disturbed. It is almost 20 days completed and I have not received my Land line so what compensation Reliance company will provide to me ?
