    Thumbs up complain against new broadband services

    Dear Sir,
    My New Braoad band connection no- 01129535251 has been activatied 26 aug 2009 . After two days internet has been stop and it was not working scine 22days . i have lodged complain so many times but nobody is listing. ever time they are saying within 24 hours your complain will be solve and some engnier will come within 24 hour but no body has come till now . so i request you pl solve my proplem.

    Default complaint against Trishul Communications airtel relatioship centre broadband

    I have applied for airtel broadband connection vide customer relationship form no. TKO 0709 0 01599 on 15/09/2009.Even after repeated requests the connection has not been provided to me till date.In this connection I have talked to Mr Ranadeep Ghosh ,Territory Sales Manager,Trishul Communications,Airtel Relationship Centre,BF -40,Saltlake City,Kolkata-700 064.At first he behaved rudely stating "You can do whatever you can" kind of comment refusing to provide the connection or refund of the installation charge of Rs 500/- given in cash which is duly acknowledged behind the customer relatioship form. Later he refused to answer our call.
    This is for your kind perusal and necessary action please.

    Default Problem in my airtel broadband connection

    I am using airtel broadband since sept-2011

    ADDRESS:- E-71 SECTOR-7 NOIDA -201301

    Complaint:-

    Complaint register on 27-10-2011 land line as well as broadband is
    not working Complaint No. 6342632(She has given a tentative date 28-10-2011for
    complaint resolution)

    No one visit to solve the problem

    Again i called on 29-10-2011 complaint no. 6380494 (She has given a tentative
    date 5-11-2011for complaint resolution)

    I socked operator was intimate me your connection permanently disconnected due
    to some technical reason

    due to stopping this connection i am in heavy loss
