    Default Reliance Broadband cum Land line telephone

    Dear sir/madam,
    I applied for a Reliance land line cum broadband connection on 28th August, 2009. But, till date, I have not got the connection. On 28th August on sales man named Mukesh Gupta(phone- 9313008427) came to my place and game me some information about the tariffs and plans of Reliance broadband. At that moment, I did not have enough cash with me. That's why I could not apply for the connection and on the same day in the evening he sent another sales man to my place. His name is Seenesh Jain (phone- 9312645764). After that I filled up the form and paid the cash amount of Rs. 500 to him. He promised that within 3 working days I will get the connection. After that every day I use to call them, but they don't receive my calls. Earlier Mukesh Gupta received my calls for 3-4 times. Every day he tells me that tomorrow I will surely get the connection, but the next day when I call him, he does not receive my calls. And, nowadays he does not answer my calls at all. And, the another person, Seenesh Jain, who collected the money from me, never receives my calls.
    So, I complained to the Reliance nodal officer describing the whole event. After 2 days, the nodal officer called me and told me that he will tell the Reliance people to install the connection. But, nothing happened. therefore, I called at the Customer Care and told them every thing, they told me that they will arrange 1 call back to me within the next 24 hrs. But, they did not call me and when I called them the next day, they say that it takes 2 days. But, after 2 days also they did not call. Like that I placed the complain at the Customer care for 6 times. But, They did not call me for a single time. I told them to return the money back to me if they can't give me the connection so that I can book another connection. I wrote one e-mail also to the Customer Care department to refund the money back to me.. But, they did not reply to my e-mail also. Like this they are playing with me from 28th August till date. They are neither giving me the connection nor they are returning the money back to me.

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Pls. provide us your complete residential address as soon as possible, to get the contact details of your Area Circle, Nodal officer.

    Dear Sir,

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Wait for the response for at least 10 days because the Nodal officer will have to provide you any solution within 10 working days. Send a written complaint and kindly revert back soon after getting any reply from him. The address is

    Default still not getting the money back

    Dear advocate,
    I still have not received the the amount of Rs. 500, that I paid to reliance as the installation fees. They were unable to give me the connection and they are not returning the money also.

    Have u filled your Complaint to Reliance for the Same @ broadband@relianceada.com. If So then Post the Complaint+Response Here along with your Name and Address so that we can provide you the address of your nearest nodal Officer.

    Default Harressment by reliance communication

    Hello Sir,

    I am also one of sufferer by reliance communication.

    I got reliance broadband connection installed around 1 year back. That’s a different thing that I had to follow up for around 8 days and with 10 different people to install it. It worked fine only for 4 days and after that it started troubling me. Most of the time I had to hear ‘NO CONNECTIVITY, SERVER DOWN, UPGRADATION, CABLE CUT, EXCHANGE DOWN, BATTARY BACK UNAVAILABLE etc etc excuses from reliance local staff/customer care. I wanted to discontinue even WITHIN A month and I gave request to discontinue the connection but retention department assured me that I’ll get proper service. I came to know later that it was just a FAKE ASSURANCE. I did bear for 1 more month considering technical issue in reliance. But it was useless, I gain told to discontinue the connection but again retention department showed some activeness and my connection worked for around next 1 month. But after 1 month, I was getting same interrupt service from reliance. I was not using internet much those days so did not realize poorness of service but whenever I wanted to use connection I had to call customer care first for no connectivity. I called n number of times to Nodal officer. Mostly nobody picks up phone (anybody can try this), whenever it is picked up, one line is told that NODAL OFFICER IS OUT OF STATION. (I don’t know he is paid to be out of station or to resolve customers’ issue). I wrote mail to him but I did not get reply yet. I had to bear this connection since there was no other service provider in my society as per my information and I wanted internet connection for my work.

    At last connection stopped working from 28th may 2010 because of some technical issue at their end. I finally asked them to disconnect the connection.

    Sir, if a customer is paying every month to company the why can’t company provide proper service. Secondly, most of the company charges installation charges from customer then they must return that charges to customer if connection is discontinued due to improper service. Since I was making payment in advance so reliance has shown due of Rs. 113 and keep sending bill every month and also adds Rs. 25 in it as late payment fee. This is completely unacceptable since they have to return my Rs. 500 which I paid as installation. They may deduct Rs. 113 and balance they must return to me.

    This is nothing just harassment by reliance people.

    I request you to please look into the matter ASAP.

    We wish to inform you that name of our company , which was M/s. Grasim Industries Limited ( Cement Business) has been changed to Ultra Tech Cement Limited. You are therefore requested to change name of our company in your records and send future communication/ bills of following Land Line numbers:-

    Village: Mohanpura, Tehisil: Kotputli
    Distt. Jaipur- 303 108 Rajasthan (India)

    Please note that M/s. Balaji Traders at Kotputli did not change the name of the company despite of the fact that we sent a person several times along with all the necessary documents. Kindly give instruction to concern person to change the same. The store people refused to talk to the customer care officer and claimed that customer care executive has no knowledge and is ignorant.They offered to terminate the above stated connections and purchase new from them,instead.

    Previously, they were approached for buying the same connections but due to non-availability of Internet FWPs classic 2258,the same were bought through company's Agra Depot .The address was then changed from Agra to Kotputli.

    Timely payments of these connections is made at Kotputli through cheque from the company but payment posting is made after 3-4 days on clearing of cheque due to which services are affected and penalty levied.Though bills are received through mails timely.

    Kindly get the name changed otherwise payments cannot be made nor proper services are provided at this Kotputli store .kindly do the needful otherwise the connections shall get terminated .Ultra Tech Cement Ltd. Shall not be responsible for such happening.

    If the above address will not change within one week, sorry to say we have to change the service provider. So, kindly do the needful and please confirm the same. Kindly treated as Urgent basis.
