This is to inform the concerned person on in-charge level for TRAI and Tele-communication Department and Consumer Forum to help us and urge to solve our issue at soonest!


We are private limited firm and have many branches in India, We have launched our new branch in Pune-Viman nagar area and Dombivli area , We had been approached and assigned internet (lease Line-2MBPS) by Provider Pride Net Solutions Private Limited. (PNSPL)
The provider PNSPL had committed to provide connectivity by following means:
A. It would be fiber optic connectivity at both the location
B. It would be Connection line of TATA 2MBPS
C. Connection would be activated within 10 days from date of Cheque issuance (Date of cheque issuance was 10th of May 2012)
D. Connection would be constant and would be business line connectivity.
E. No back-up line would be needed and Principle line would be activated within 10 days


Based on above commitment we paid to the concerned company PNSPL. Cheque released through our current account, Cheque No: 129838 : Bank of India cleared on 17th may 2012.


After the cheque was debited no one from company PNSPL bothered to contact us, when we tried contacting PNSPL, we were given dates and future commitments, which was never satisfied till date. Based on the commitment made by the PNSPL, we have planned the operation which caused us major hit back and loss, which rounds up enough to shut the branch.


Now when we inquired for refund and loss reimbursement , company is not even bothered to respond! Request to concerned officials to note the complaint!
