I have purchased a photon + USB modem form
Techno-Services 17, Netaji Subhash Marg, Darayganj New Delhi 110002 Phones 65398010-11
on 21-07-2009 bill no is 734 and bill book no is 8 after payment of 3500/- Cash.

After 10-12 call to Tecno service and photon + Cust. Care its activate on 27-07-2009 as " 9212516072 "
and I got download speed up to 15 kbps and upload speed up to 20 kbps only.

I called to photon + Cust. Care on 27-07-2009 reference no 182433595
Executive visited to my home and confirm speed
and ask me that its network problem and will be solved after 24 hours.

But Problem not solved then

I called to photon + Cust. Care on 28-07-2009 reference no 182611071
Executive ask me that ‘ its network problem solution is reepitor
But TATA Tale Services can’t setup reepetor only for you.’
I ask for refund my money executive ask that it’s not possible .
It’s mean that TATA Tale Services neither provides proper service nor refund money .
Then

I called to dealer Techno-Services on 30-07-2009 for all that then Miss Naaz on behalf of Techno-Services commit me that problem will solved on 31-07-2009 10:30 PM

But problem not solved then

I called to dealer Techno-Services on 01-07-2009 for all that then Miss Naaz on behalf of Techno-Services again commit me that problem will solved 1 or 2 days.

But problem not solved then

I called to photon + Cust. Care on 04-08-2009 reference no 183687445
Executive ask me to contact nodal officer and give me email id and contact number

But problem not solved yet
I think that 500 + service tax per month will be obvious after month end.
and speed is same till now its 15- 20 kbps till now through this mail.

“Most important thing is to call Cust. Care will be take generally 20 min waiting.”
