Worst service bsnl broadband Respected Sir/Madam,
I'm BSNL Costumer My No. is 08592 230102 (Ongole, Prakasam- District). I'm using BSNL Broadband serivce from past three months, i'm not getting proper service from BSNL, in an hour my connection will get disconnected more than 20 times i'm suffering from this problem since i got net connection, regarding this i was complained several times to BSNL JE. every time the line man will come and he'll do some thing on the pole and it will work for some time after that the problem will be as usual. that too now i got new problem whenever the rain falls the net will connect the hole day, with this type of problem daily i'm getting huge loss.
from past three months i was suffering from this problem, Kindly look into the matter

worest service of bsnl broadband Sir,
I am a favourite of bsnl. All our mobile connections are bsnl. I have bsnl broad band connection through telephone NO: 08594-232060 under Kothapet telephone exchange of Chirala.Your broad band service is not upto my satisfaction. ADSL signal fails frequently.It is not working constantly for atleast 15 minutes.I booked complaints nearly 10 times.The line man is unable to rectify the problem in every complaint. the problem remains.I am suffering from the problem for the last 20 days.Kindly rectify the problem.Otherwise I may shift to private broadband which is costly but services are satisfactory.
