Angry Complaints against Reliance broadband for billing after request for deactivation

    Hi,
    My name is Russell Longjam.
    Reliance broadband Subscriber ID/s :317787572450

I have used Reliance broadband service for only one month from 2nd April 2012 to 30th April 2012.
I informed the area Line man n area executive Mr. Tej Pratap handling Amar Colony area, New Delhi to deactivate the service on 30th April 2012 as i was shifting from the address.
He has collected the equipments (modem and wires) the next day on 1st May 2012
but he din't report about the deactivation to reliance centre.
    He reported after one month.
Mr.Tej Pratap reported the deactivation of the service only on 29th May 2012.
I thought the service was deactivated and there was no further relation with reliance communications after 1st May 2012 with Mr. Tej Pratap.
I have shifted from that address.

As i have used the internet for only one month, there shouldn't no billing because advance payment of a month was taken at the 1st month.
But the bill is still coming.
I have clearly stated the problem and the things involved in this problem with Reliance communications but they are still not able to solve or understand.
Mr.Tej Pratap said that the problem will be solved.
But Reliance communication is calling and disturbing me about their dues and the service termination letter came only today 20th June 2012.
I don't know why they are still to suck money out of people still this.
It was the fault of Mr.Tej Pratap not to communicate with reliance communication centre about the deactivation even after collection of the equipments
I have told them to communicate with their area executive
    Mr.Tej Pratap
    Mobile No: +918595012672

I'll not be responsible for this extra billing after such act.
Please kindly solve the problem as soon as possible and don't disturb.

The customer service team called and they were not able to solve the issue.
I request the team to discuss with Lajpat nagar area executive Tej Pratap because i have told him to deactivate in the 1st month only (He had already collected the equipment). But now, he is not picking up my phone calls.
I suggest the team to check the internet usage of my subscription id. I have used the service for only one month.

The concern has not yet been resolved properly.
The area executive Tej Pratap is responsible.
He din't deactivate the service as requested on 30th April 2012. He is now not picking up calls and denying to take responsibility.
I request the team to take action properly.
This is an act of fraud to take money.

    Default Service Issue

My name is Ajay Dahiya, i am using Reliance broad band service & Subsription ID - 337661939345.
i am facing issue with my internet wire from couple of months & registered several complaints with customer care & Customer care nodel office.
I am trying to get my problem solved of faulty cable from Nov. 2012 but nothing is happening & customer care people have closed my all complaints with out doing any thing sine then.
Customer care people always performed three step on every call:
(1.) Said only sorry, which they actually didn't ment
(2.) Customer care person will say, he\ she will perosnally take care of the issue but nothing happened & request will get closed next day with a weired reason
    (3) Cusotmer care will advise they will forward the complaint to rapid action team...which also didn't performed their job.

After that i contacted 18602002011 which is number of Reliance Appellate office & as per discussion with them thrice & fake commitments, nothing has happended uptill now. I have lost my all hopes with their cusotmer care & this is the situation when i am paying Reliance bill on timely basis & facing issue in getting new cable in replacement of my faulty cable.

So...i would request if some body can help me in this situation or advise me a way out from this issue.

    Regards,
    Ajay Dahiya
