    Default Complaint regarding ill treatment by Tikona broadband service provider.

    I subscribed to tikona broadband service in April-2012 with a plan of unlimited usage having speed of 512kbps. The Agent tried to hide the fact that after using 54Gb of usage my speed will be reduced within a range of 200kbps-512kbps. I came to know about this fact after my speed was greatly reduced. Still after lodging many complaints my broadband speed is in the range of 80kbps-200kbps. Everytime i call the customer care i get a new excuse alongwith that they keep my call on hold for 10-15minutes. Sir/Madam i am deeply hurt and mentally harassed by Tikona Broadband service. They are ill treating me since my internet speed got reduced. Kindly help me.

    Default Tikona broadband fraud in not processing refund

    Hi tikona support team,

    my registered mobile number is 9654946353.
    And subscriber registration form number 11000000690776
    I ramakant singh had booked an order for tikona broadband on 27th december, 2012. The concerned tse (mr. Sanjay, mobile #- 8447799824, sales executive ID - 580026890) and his boss (asm) committed for activated at 11am 29 dec 2011.

    I heard no response from your part till 3 months and then decided to roll back my order.
    Numerous calls has been made to customer care and all concerned officials but of no use.
    It has been more than 6 months and still they haven’t provided any connection nor DID anyone took responsibility to call me back. In 6 months I have send you more than 20 e-mail to your customer care,
    nodal and your head. And also more than 40-50 times called your customer care (1-800-20-94276) but no one ever provided any satisfactory and logical answer .. mostly time your customer care hold
    my call for more than 6-7mins and disconnect my call.

    Then finally I requested to cancel the connection on 2nd jan 2012 and got cancelation reference number is: 1-2082539123. Finally. I got email stating a refund money on 2 feb 2012, and 11 may 2012 and you commitment to you
    will be refund the money within 30days in this e-mail.
    Please see these kind of inconvenience is not caused to customer.

    Due to this irresponsible behavior I lost my time and it has affected my job. So please take action our tse (mr. Sanjay) and him boss (asm), and refund my deposited amount and all mobile bill which one I loss to
    contact you (more than 400 minuts) and I also pay me for my time which one I given to email you..

    your pathetic employees and tses and senior officials pay no heed to customer complaints. Oscars for your excellent customer service.
    I need a refund of all my money charged till date plus inr 500 for phone calls and emails.
