Dear Sir/Madam,
I am having MTNL broadband combo connection no. 29967357 since March or April 2011.
Last month i.e. March 2012 I had a problem with MTNL WIFI Modem, after lots of complaint, they had changed my broadband WiFi modem, but they had installed repaired modem.
On dated 07-08 March, 2012, the internet is not working properly. I had complained so many times, but they always said that “is your internet working properly”. They had never visited to my home to check the connection.
One day, I had called to MTNL executive regarding above matter, a lady executive confirmed me that just check your internet line properly and also said to me as per our record “your internet is working properly, there was not any default”.
After making lots of complaint, they were not taking any appropriate action regarding the matter.
I have to work day and night sometimes, but due to this problem, I have not worked properly.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest convenience.

BSNL Broadband 499 plan, is being frequently disconnected by the BSNL with out any valid cause. The monthly charges are being regularly officially paid by the Railways.
No result of complaining to local officials

brodband is not working This is to inform you that we are using MTNL services from last 2yeras . Our Telephone number is - 25642216 and consumer number is -2044237266 , As we are using Wi-Fi services which is unlimited plan but from last 7 months the modem switch is not completely working and On daily basis we face network problem, We have done number of complaints on these numbers - 25642198, 28561810, 23322622, 28561444,20020225,1504,9868137033,9868137678, 9868133330,197 -A.k malik(area manager)
but we are not getting proper solution from your side and even we are getting bills on regular basis. and every time the amount payable will increase or stict to the same , we have started consulting firm 2 months before with the name of Midas advisory professionals and due to internet problem we are having losses in our business.
So please give us claim of unnecessary bills which we have paid to you, otherwise we will go consumer court and file a case against you, as we have all the records of complaints

MTNL Complaint I am really fed up by complaining about my telephone, its not working from last month. I went to the Mtnl office situated at Najafgarh 10 times, but the officials there dont even take the complaint seriously, they just say that we dont know till when it will be repaired, DP Kharab hai. I did online complaint 4-5 times but after a day, when I want to check its status it says "There is no complaint pending for this number", but my phone still does not have the dial tone,
these are the last three docket numbers given by the online complaint system:
1) 2586 on 3rd Aug
2) 2592 on 6th Aug
3) 410 on 10th Aug
I am unable to use the broadband and the phone, still getting the bill, please help me out.

My name is Shibani and my Telephone Number is 011-29983340,Its regarding the complaints I've logged regarding the frequent disconnection issue I am facing since last 5 months with MTNL, since then I have made several complaints to MTNL to resolve this issue but they never took any action, Every month I am paying more than Rs 1000 for the Rent and Tax, its worth paying the bill if I am not getting service from them.whenever I've tried to contact the Area Manager/ General Manager, they use to divert to other people by saying this is not our Area so contact others, the question is are they part of MTNL or MTNL area's.
This is the height of poor service of MTNL. I am sick and tired of doing follow ups with them. So, your intervention is really required here.

Non refund of surrender of internet connection SIR,
I WAS HAVING MTNL INTERNET CONNECTION AND I GOT THE SAME DISCONNECTED. MY TELEPHONE IS WORKING BUT I HAVE ONLY APPLIED FOR DISCONNECTION OF INTERNET. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND FOR DISCONNECTION OF INTERNET CONNECTION. KINDLY ADVISE ME ACCORDINGLY.

No reply from MTNL for application of FTTH ( fibre to the home) broadband service HI,
I m Archis Barot from matunga east , mumbai. I already have MTNL broadband service with the plan of 4 mbps speed on my landline number 02224168914. Because of the pathetic speed and very poor service of broadband i wanted to change my broadband connection to FTTH broadband connection of MTNL.so i called the customer care(from my mobile to 02222221500)and apllied for connection change.They informed me that they will call me within 2 days for furter proccedure and gave me my inquiry number which is "J12".After 1 week also i didnt get any call from MTNL,so i again called customer care from my mobile and the told me i have to call from my landline number otherwice they wont listen to me.So I again called from my landline number and asked them about my complaint.So they told me that I have to meet their telephone exchange department in prabhadevi,dadar. After waiting for 1 hour in dadar telephone exchange they told me to meet Mr.Sharma, and i met him he told me to go to matubga telephone exchange i went there, there they told me its not their area , and told me to meet Mr.KADAM in wadala telephone exchange.So i went to wadala telephone exchange and met Mr.kadam.He again told me it is not his department and told me to meet Mr. ANSARI. So after struggling for 5 hours i went to meet Mr.ansari.I told him about my problem and he told me that they will inform me regardingly in 2 days.again after 3 days i didnt get any call .so i called in wadala telephone exchange to talk to Mr. ANSARI. But they are not letting me talk to him. Now i am very irritated and feeling helpless. I really want to take MTNL to consumer court. Please help me .

Internet is not working and complains are resolved without even been solved. Hello ,
My Landline number is 22482749 , I registered a complain on 10th oct'12 and they told me to solve it by 24 hours but when i called on 11th they said that its been resolved and they filed new complain , its happening again and again , same problem i faced months ago when there was the problem with the line and they were resolving the complain without contacting me, and after one month a person came to repair it , so i lost the whole month and still i had to pay . This time again , same line problem , i have called customer care several times but same response and they file new complain everytime and not doing anything about it.Also when i try to contact the area manager or nodel office , none are picking my call, Like they are ignoring it or offices are empty.Do something about it , we are really pissed off.

Complaint against MTNLbroadband Sir,
My telephone number is 26349077.I'm from Mumbai.From the day when i have started using mtnl broadband I have been facing frequent disconnection issues. Inspite of complaining everyday regularly in the department,no serious measure have been taken to resolve the problem. MTNL broadband has the worst internet service,even local internet providers provide better services than MTNL. I request some serious action to be taken as soon as possible.

No reply from MTNL for broadband application Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Pratik Gaikwad. I have booked a telephone line for internet combo plan 550 at MTNL office,Bhandup(W),Mumbai. At the time of booking I have been told that within four days from booking I will be provided with a telephone instrument and a modem from MTNL. But it has been 3 weeks and yet I have revieved neither instrument nor modem. My mobile number is +919594990252. I have a bit of urgency for internet at my home.

Closure of BSNL broadband Hi,
I am a serving army officer and had a broadband connection in my last service station.
On my posting to from last station i asked for the closure of my connection,which was
denied by BSNL officials due to nonpayment of my bill.i asked them for the bill but they said
that the bill has not been generated due to some technical problem at their end.As an army
procedure i had to leave without paying the bill and i sent an application after reaching to
new station for bill payment and closure of my connection through regd post but they had not
responded .Now i got a legal notice to pay the bill for one year though i used it only for 4 months.
kindly guide me what to do?

Hi, I am having a MTNL Broadband connection no 28710364.
I am facing FREQUENTLY DISCONNECTION problem and SLOW SPEED.
I am facing this problem since last 25-30 days .
I am using connection for business purpose and i am getting stucked many times during online payment.
Please rectifying the problem .
I had also launch a complaint but they didn't rectifying properly.
