    Default 27703242 broadband intermittently disconnected

    Dear Sir,

    I am a resident of Navi Mumbai Seawoods sector 50 new and I request you to please help me to get this connection issue resolved to my satisfaction, I regularly complain on the automated system and online as well, in return i get a docket number, MTNL does respond to my complain however does not give permanent solution to solve it. My connection is restored on the same day however it is lost on the following day. I spoke to Mr Gawai incharge in MTNL office located opposite to Nerul station (East),today who told me that this is a common problem in sector 50 new and his line man is constantly solving such problem on daily basis. However bill is issued without fail and if we fail to pay the line is disconnected within no time, I hardly get chance to use my connection due to non availablity of the service.     Default boardband problem (faulty modem)

    Custome name manickam, C.A.NO 2050129796 Complain no 5221 .
    we are facing frequent disconnection problem since few month. Your office took our good modem a gave us a fault modem which gets connected for few mins and then the adsl , ethernet and the status lights stops blinking/glowing. As we are tried of registering the complains online we directly went to your chembur mtnl office. First the office checked the fault and said you come later we will exchange the modem and give you. later when we went the light was again blinking for some time so he refused to exchange and said you may go and take some other connection we will not provide you with other modem.
    We pay our bill on time.Many time we have so called certain higher office as per nos provide by your custome care but they tone of talking were to bad. I request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

    I Ajay kumar pandey r/o hno 221 second floor sachdeva house dhaka village
    kw camp delhi 110009 and my landline number is 011-27608481 i got my landline on 7/04/2011 and i also apply for std service but in my phone i cant able to use std service because std service is not working in my landline when i go to your office at batra cinema they always ask for documents like(address proof id proof ) it is already submitted at the time of allotment of connection and they also denied to accept mtnl bill as address proof.sir i live in a rented room so i cant able to given address proof at every such time this is impossible to me.I am blind person and it very difficult for me to go to your office, they also saw my problem but inspite of resolving my problem they always ignore it.
    sir this is my humble request towards you please solve my problem as soon as possible i will be highly obliged to you

    Dear sir,
    I am having a MTNL broadband connection No:-27044366..
    I had booked a Wi-fi modem 2 months ago. I had vist many times to SDO and Area Manager regarding this problem but no satisfactory answer has been provided
    to me...
    So kindly help me out from this problem as early as possible.

    My name is kawaljit singh ,from ludhiana .i had wi5 broadband con nection, my id no is CT75174.
    i was not satisfied your service,because i was suffering from 19.09.2011.
    after the one month of suffering i was closed on 21.10.2011 .
    Mr. dipak (ludhiana head) i told him all my story then they tell me my return amount 1911/- on 21.10.2011.
    Today its 24.11.2011 but i have not received my amount.
    I called him many times for the amount every time he give me next date.
    now he is not receiving my call.if i call from another no.then he listen my voice & cut the phone.
    what i can?????????????????????????????????????

    Default Speed not coming 1 Mbps as per me plan,

    Sir,
    My phone number is 24354430 and CA no 2023134975, I have changed my MTNL Plan from Trib 512 kbps unlimited combo to 1 Mbps trib combo on 27th October 2011 and I was getting 1 mbps speed till 27th November 2011, after that I am getting 512 kbps broadband speed. I tried complaining on the internet and on 1504, but to no avail. Since last 12 days I am still getting the 512 kbps broadband speed, even after checking with different softwares and browsers.

    Internet complain no :-
    1) 136150
    2) 135945
    3) 136952
    4) 137155
    5) 137724
    Your Internet Broadband complain let me to believe that they change the status of the problem from speed problem to adsl down than they remove the complaint.

    1504 complain no :-
    1) 63300091
    Even this complain was renewed several times each time it was closed as solved.

    I tried complaining on my local CGO complex telephone extension but they keep giving me different number to talk to, I would request you to please increase my speed back to 1 Mbps, as I had requested or please tell me if MTNL is unable to provide that bandwidth, in that case I will change my plan to 512 Kbps which was working fine.     Dear Team,

    My name is Manish Dwivedi stay at Mira road Crystal,Thane ,
    Recently shifted here so I have visited MTNL office near by Mira Road railway station.
    I have asked them about the new connection but they are saying that,they are not providing the new connection,
    I need to understand the reason behind the stated statement.

    Angry Compalint against mtnl navi mumbai

    since from 5th Jan 2012 i am not getting broadband connectivity at my home in jui nagar. frequent complaints logged but no response from MTNL. i have to unnecessary pay the bill for whole month, why?

    I, Paras Wason , Residing in Dwarka, New Delhi. I have applied for an MTNL connection 2 months back. Submitted all the documents but they are still not satisfied. Asking for another document from notary. I called customer care several times and call the person who came to collect my documents ( Mr. Anil : 9013787800 ) but everytime but the same response, will come today or tmr. I am really frustrated of this anil.

    Kindly help me in resolving this.

    Hi,
    I m Ankit Bansal.I am having Rs.599 unlimited download broadband plan with 512Kbps speed. I am stuck with worst service of MTNL .Since i have got the internet connetion, i have never got 512Kbps speed, it is always less than 300Kbps. Also most of the times internet disconnects rapidly which becomes very irritating. Registering complaint against broadband does not give benefit at all. Neither the line man nor the Area Officer is interested to attend the complaint. In 30 days month i can hardly use internet for 20 days or so because in rest of days net does not work properly.

    If we will not stop these non sense in MTNL company then that day is not far when people will not trust on any of the Govt. Service.

    Dear Sir:

    I have been using MTNL Boardband services under DSL-unltd-395-month Tariff Plan since quite sometime. I was very happy with the service till recently i.e. last three months. I GET DISCONNECTED VERY OFTEN IN THE MIDDLE OF SOME IMPORTANT CHAT OR MESSAGING. I Call up 1504 or lodge a complaint with 1982 every time. Why do I have to spend time on this. Can you ensure that I do not get disconnected. I am fully aware that sometimes your server may be down. But the down time should not more than 10 minutes where as I find it is in hours/days.

    Would you throw some light on this

    Default Repeating Billing Fraudulent by MTNL

    Dear All

    In December I got MTNL connection as an alternative to existing Hathway Connection, who were not providing good services. But that became biggest mistake of my life. I opted for DSL Combo Unlimited Plan, but the employees of MTNL at booking counter told me that the plan is same as i opted for but feeded in their system DSL_Combo only. I came to realise this blunder when i got a bill of 29000/- can anyone believe this kind of bill for domestic purpose, where i am using internet for checking mails and video chat. I approached MTNL officials for rectification of the same and they told me that they will reduce the bill to 11000/- as law fearing man i paid them with a word of consent that no such billing will happen in future. In meantime immediately i opted for change of plan and submitted application for Express 600 unlimited internet services. For the last one month i did not received any bill and today i checked online and found that the bill again is 11000/- . It seems it became never ending vicious cycle of billing fraud for me. I do not have such income that i can pay such mistake, for which i am not responsible.

    Now i have decided not to pay for other's mistake and request to disconnect the services. If this is the forum where i can request to get heard, then kindly advise what to do. One thing is sure, i am not going to pay not because i dont want to but because i can not pay and more than this is not my mistake
