we are facing frequent disconnection problem since few month. Your office took our good modem a gave us a fault modem which gets connected for few mins and then the adsl , ethernet and the status lights stops blinking/glowing. As we are tried of registering the complains online we directly went to your chembur mtnl office. First the office checked the fault and said you come later we will exchange the modem and give you. later when we went the light was again blinking for some time so he refused to exchange and said you may go and take some other connection we will not provide you with other modem.
We pay our bill on time.Many time we have so called certain higher office as per nos provide by your custome care but they tone of talking were to bad. I request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
