I am from bangalore.
I & my friend purchased dry fruits worth 1145 in a shop near Avenue Road. The shop name is "Marudhar Mewa".

After purchase and i handed over the money. He gave me back 55/- and went to attend another customer.
When i asked bill he told he will not give bill. i asked twice and he ignore me and attended the other customer.
Then a old aged fellow aged about 60+ came and told the machine is not working and come later.

Later i asked for manual bill, then the person who attened came and told then there is no bill and he will not give.
Since it was a busy market area, due to my safety i had to leave the place with out speaking further.

I would request you to please look into this issue.

I would like to bring in your kind notice that for my every purchase earlier I would go to a Kirana Shop named Panchratna Departmental Stores, Near Chaitanya Nagri, Warje, Pune 58. FOr every purchase I ask for the bill of my purchased but the shop owner refused to provide me the bill. On my consistent demand for the bill he provided me a Kacha Bill against the purchased. I insisted to him that he must provide me a bill but he refused & misbehaved with me.

I would also like to bring in your kind notice that it is a normal practice of this shop keeper of not providing the original bills against the sale of the items which I have noticed while being at the shop on that date. Sir, it not only gives the loss to the ex-checker /to the state by not charging the Vat applicable on the sale of the items being sold by the shop owner but also gives discomfort to the consumers at large.

In view of above, you are therefore requested to please take necessary action in this regards so that State Government should not suffer any loss by this shop owner.

Please take necessary action. I have even written letters to Sales Tax office, Food & Drug Administration, Prime Minister of India & President of India.

He mixes grains with the things which we cant imagine. Threatened me many a times. Please hear my plea for one last time.

Let me know the departments where I can complaint against this shop owner (shame on name of an indian)

where to submit the complaints. There is one shop in Greater Noida who doesnt give the invoice, and rather fights back with the customers.

or we should just leave it like that letingt them do what they are doing?

Sonu Selection Bopal - Do not giving bills on children wear and selling products at high fixed rate. A normal and middle class people can not purchase cloths for their children and if they ask for the bills, the owner of the shop denies. If she is selling products at high rate and fixed cost, why did she deny for the bills. She also should provide the bills to the customer, as she just wanted to escape paying tax to government by selling high value cloths.

Please stop her doing the same and I would urge localite not to purchase anything from this shop, if she does not give bills

The complaint is against sukam distributor Siddhartha Infotech at roadways bareilly.not providing us the bill copy . He just ignoring or passes excuses for the other day.I purchased it on 24.04.yet it is pending. Request you to pls Look into the matter as he said yesterday on concall with. O. executive that the payment is due and so kept ot on hold.

i had bought few paint and hardware items from m/s AS hardware on cmh road lakshmipuram bangalore for rs.2146. i paid the amount and requested for the bill. the shopkeeper says bill are provided if purchases are made above 3000/- i protested since i had doubt on the geniunety of the goods. i said i will complaint against his shop to tax dept. immediatly he took back the goods and gave back my amount.
