Dear Sir,

I am Sridhar writing you to help me in filing a written complaint on India
Today Book Club for sending unsolicited marketing messages to my mobile
number 9448595643.

After writing & speaking to them several times they have not taken any
action & they kept on saying me that the messages are going to be stopped
and which has never happened and still I get there messages.

Please find the email responses below from Today Book Club executives

3. Zishan Ahmed

Good day,

I had purchased an set of CDs from India Today Book Club.
The details of the purchase are as below.

Order No. : 0GA080221503
Membership No : ITBC08765227
Name : Anjula Kapur

I was supposed to get a pair of Reebok Shoes with it. The set of CD's has arrived
but the Shoes are yet to reach me. I have complained on phone and also written
several emails to them. They say that they have sent the Parcel via BLUEDART with
consignment No. 43573007284. When I checked with Bluedart they say that this
consignment No. does not reflect in their records. The parcel as per India Today
Book Club was sent on 24th June 2009.
The order for the set of CDs was placed somewhere during Dec 2008/Jan 2009.
The set of CD’s was received in Jan 2009.

Kindy advise if you can help me in the above issue.
