My name is Rajesh Asrani I had subscribed for Hindustan times News at 195
offer vide form No. 291313 on 4th of April 2008 which was for 2 years.

The coupan booklet for the 1st year was delivered to me on 4/6/2008 that too
after almost 7 - 8 personal visits to their Mahim office.I have all the
detailed proof with me regarding my personal visits. My 1st year ended on
31/3/2009 its been 2 months after the expiry of the 1st term subscribtion, I
have not yet received the coupan booklet for my second term again after 3
visits to their Mahim office I am still not been given the coupan booklet I
have even lodge complaint with their department on 31/3/2009 & again on
28/4/2009 vied complaint No. HT 112448 dated 28/4/09 and spoken to Miss
Bhoomika on Ph No. 67047200. she promised me to deliver the booklet within
the next 10 working days but still I have not received anything from
them please look in to the matter and oblige

i had even given a call to you'll but no one turned up with the subscripion form

I've availed the yearly subscription of Hindustan Times(HT)(the application form No. 794353). on 06-may-10 and my acct. has been debited on 20th may but I'm yet to receive the coupons.
I've sent a series of mails and made calls but to no avail.
Last I've heard that you've send the coupon through some courier which tried our home on 28th May(but it's entire false as We're there at home that day and there's no chance that We'll miss the courier.I'm also sure you've no proof from that courier that they've visited my home).After I've talked and came to know that you're going to send again through some courier.
My request is use some authentic courier service like blue dart,DTDC and ask them to call us if they don't find us or atleast leave some message.
