hello
I have a contract with a company for whom I wrote some material. The deal was 30% on siging the contract letter (which I was paid for the work to begin), 45% on delivery of work (sent 4 months ago and since then no reply to mails and will not answer texts), and the rest once the material is published.

Since I have no reponse from the person, and I am not in India currently, I don't know what to do to get my money.
Four months means I also lose interest on this money that could have been in my savings account.
The last instalment will be due in 2 months, but i have no replies about the status of the material or my money.
This is pure harrassment on the part of the company because I have also called them a few times from abroad and they also got my text messages. But no replies to emails since April.

What recourse do I have?
Should I send a formal letter of complaint? A Fax?
What about the delay in payment, are they supposed to compensate me for this?
I am 8 months pregnant and this is really stressing me out running after them for my money.
