I have some of my complaints nos. as 2908090002 booked on 21.08.2009. I have forwarded my complaints through e-mail no. of times on subscription@mailtoday.in & sumit.mathur@intoday.com. But no reply/resolution against all my complaints was communicated to me.
I had placed my order on 30.01.2009 through telephone and the payment was made through IVR system through my credit card which is clerly shown in my credit card statement.
Kindly look into the matter as earliest.

If the customer care people are not helping you then send a written notice to the CMD/MD of the Mail Today via registered post mention all the details date wise, complaint nos. registered with the customer care, attach the photo copy of your card statement, and email sent to the customer care.

Wait for 10-15 days for their response.

Hi my name is sharad and i have recived aphone call on 25/12/11 from india bizline solution saying that they r calling fron icici and as a exciting customer u get free polo watch free voucher and credit card were u get 20percent discount in all store and they immeditely debit my card of rs 5509/ . I call bank immeditely to make a stop payment but they refuse to do it as i dont want this product i told to stop the delivery.
So please help me to get the refund amount as i dont want it please help me.
