    Default Complaint against "Waris Auto Services Pvt. Ltd."

    I m a registerd customer with "Waris Auto Services Pvt. Ltd." and i have paid an anual amount of Rs. 450 againt any car/bike service.On the evening of 12th Sept 2009 while was returning from my office in faridabad sec-31 my bike got punctured in between so i called up the above service provider to help me in getting out of the problem but there was no1 to pick my call after 20 mintues my call was attended and i was assured that the help will reach me in 30 mins.After 1 hour i again tried to contact them no1 picked the call again and i was helpless.Till 11 pm there was no response from them so final i had to drag my bike for few kms to get it done.That was a terrible experience even though i m a registered customer with them.So, I kndly request you to take some necessary action againt this company so that other dont duffer like i did.

    Dear Mr. Kumar,

    Have you sent any written complaint to this Car Service Co.? First of all send a written complaint to them and keep a copy of that complaint letter. Wait for the response for max. 15 days and revert back soon with the response from their side.

    They never attend the complaint.
    Itried them twice.
    Their tactics is to linger on the complaint and ultimately member has to find some other way to solve the problem.
    They simply collect membership and forgot to members

    I am member and I called up at 10 30 AM that my car have stopped and there seems to starting problem.They promised that in 30 minutes mechanic will be attending your complaint.Even after 3 hours no body turned up.My calls were picked up and every time they promised that in 10 minutes mechanic will be there.This is today's episode and I am still waiting for mechanic.It is ridicules They should be punished for fooling people again & again.

    I m a registerd customer with "Waris Auto Services Pvt. Ltd." and i have paid an anual amount of Rs. 450 againt any car/bike service.On the evening of 30th April 2010 while was returning from my office in Green park my bike got petrol empity on 7:00 PM in Sanik Farm in between so i called up the above service provider to help me in getting out of the problem but there was no1 to pick my call after 20 mintues my call was attended and i was assured that the help will reach me in 30 mins.After 1 hour i again tried to contact them no1 picked the call again and i was helpless.Till 1:30 AM there was no response from them so final i had to drag my bike for 4 kms to get it done.That was a terrible experience even though i m a registered customer with them.So, I kndly request you to take some necessary action againt this company so that other dont duffer like i did.

    Default Complaint against Waris Auto- Speed Car & Bike Helpline Servce

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
    I want to file a complaint against WARIS auto for non-provision of service and not refunding money after not providing service.I have served them a notice on 13th May 2010 (attached below) and given them plenty of time to refund my money and would now like to proceed action against them.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    Subject: Notice before filing consumer complaint.

    Please cancel the membership numbers 60958 & 60959 for my cars Accent DL 4CH 4002 and Maruti Estillo DL 3CAZ 0307 due to non provision of service & non response to attempt to communicate.


    Detail of Service Sold:

    The service sold to me is for 2 year on road emergency assistance for both the cars (number plate mentioned) at the rate of Rs 450/- each above totaling to Rs. 900/- for 2 years. This is paid vide cheque number 125903 of ICICI bank on 4th May 2010.

    I was told by the sales person who sold me the service that your company was associated with the renown oil company Hindustan Petroleum (HP). Also I was sold a 2 year membership for Rs. 450 each for both of my cars- I was informed by your customer service manager Ranjit on 5th may, that the company doesn't have a 2 year scheme.

    Non provision of service:

    On 04 May 6: 50 pm, I made my first call to your helpline 43431111 for punctured tyre. I was assured help would reach me in 40 minutes. At 8.30 pm when your help did not reach me, I called second time and was told your mechanic was just reaching me in a minute. At 09.56 pm your assistance had not still arrived and I called the third time and was told your mechanic had come near the area my car had broken down but left because he was dialing the wrong mobile number. I had already verified the correct number on the first call to you and also on your records at the time of filing for membership. In conclusion your person did not reach me at all.

    Non response to repeated queries on phone and email:

    On the 5th of May, I called your helpline number 4343111 and informed my experience on the previous night.
    I also conveyed my intent for cancel and refund to your Customer service manager Ranjit. He took down my address, mobile number& membership numbers and informed me the cheque for Rs.900/- will reach me by 10th May. He also advised me to write to your email: info@speedcarhelpline.com. Incidentally the email ID is also mentioned in your website.

    After writing the email on 6th May I tried to call up and speak to Mr Ranjit, he avoided coming on the landline and would not pick up his mobile number 9711832635 (provided by the person at the helpdesk). The helpdesk kept saying he is on road and he is in a meeting so he can’t come to the phone. They took my name mobile number, membership number and address and said Ranjit would call back. Needless to say I received no call back.

    By, 13th May when the cheque had not arrived I looked up alternative number of Waris on the web spoke with a lady who Iistened to my case regarding false promise made by the company and Mr Ranjit in particular. (the cheque is not yet sent.) She asked me to call up 43431111 and speak to Ranjit as he was sitting in the office right then. When I called immediately 43431111, I was asked to leave my number so Mr Ranjit could call back. I said I gone through the same routine last week and I had been advised to speak to him right away. He finally came on the line and said he didn’t have my mobile number and address on record so he could not send me the cheque. I reminded him I had given him the address details just last week and also sent an email on his request. He said he didn’t read the email. He also disconnected the phone twice and would not come on phone after that.


    Please note I have updated my phone and address on the membership form, on email and again on phone to Mr Ranjit on 5th May. I was being told your don’t have my phone and address on your records.

    It is pretty clear from the written record, that I have made enough attempts to get you to refund my money, but the intentions of the employees don’t seem to be honest and transparent.

    Problem to Non Provision of Service:

    1) I was stranded on the road for 3 hours without assistance. This cost me major loss in work time and productivity.
    2) It is also exposed me to security risk in the nigt while I was waiting for your assistance to arrive.
    3) Leaving the car broken down on the road after your service did not arrive, exposed it to risk of being stolen.


    Damages:

    So kindly refund my money at the earliest with Interest of 12% from 4th May onwards. Otherwise I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986. The consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to deficiency in your services

    Angry Complaint against "Waris Auto Services Pvt. Ltd."

    Complaint not attended
    A complaint for my car No. DL 1CG 1270 was filed on July 28, 2010 vide complaint No. 1834. Inspite of repeated reminders my complaint is still pending. Today I called customer care and had discussion with one Mr. Rahul. According to him my complaint is now old so only the Manager Mr. Ranjeet can solve this problem. He also expressed his inability to register a fresh complaint. When asked to connect to Mr. Ranjeet he said Mr. Ranjeet is not available and he will be available only after 11:00 hrs. He also told me that Mr. Ranjeet will not be available on his mobile (No. 9711832635). I have also sent a message to Mr. Ranjeet but no response.
    I am continuously trying to contact this Mr. Ranjeet. He is not recieving my call. I called Customer care (9999987872) again. They told me that Mr. Ranjeet is busy in a meeting and will talk to me tomorrow i.e. July 31, 2010. I told him the best solution is to send someone to solve my problem. I was told by the customer care rep (Mr. Deepak) that only Mr. Ranjeet the manager will solve this problem.

    I have a feeling that Waris auto services Pvt. Ltd. is a group of fraud people. The subscription amount is not much and so generally customers do not pursue the complaint. That's how they are making money and having a nice time.

    I feel that SPEED is now ULTRA SLOW as I can make out from the series of complaints on net. I think the management should start acting or else this company will soon be branded as FRAUD Company.

    Authorities Please take action against this bunch of FRAUD people.

    In case they are not responding to your notice then you have strong reason to file a case against them. But before filing case we suggest you to check the delivery status of the notice.

    I have taken member ship vide no NS 69486 SPEED CAR & BIKE HELPLINE SERVICE,
    I have got BIKE pincture on 26/09/2010 on the way of market at greater noida to my home , i have called on the no 011-4343 -1111, reply got from the service side that services will be provided within maximum 1/2 hour, after 1 hour I call again, i got the same reply, the i called after 2 hour i got same reply but no body came to repair till time , the i was calling after every 1 hour , i have got same reply but no body came, till 27/09/2010 10:47 am

    So i requested you kindly refund member ship fees with out any further delay, other wise i am moving to conusmer court tommorrow,

Ltd." and i have paid an anual amount of Rs. 499/- againt any car/bike service today in the morning of 8th Nov 2010 while reaching my office in Pahar Gunj, my Bike Punchard in between so i called up the above service provider to help me in getting out of the problem but there was no to pick my call after 20 mintues my call was attended and i was assured that the help will reach me in 30 mins. After 1 hour i again tried to contact them no1 picked the call again and i was helpless. Till 2:45 pm there was no response from them so final i had to drag my bike for few kms to get it done.That was a terrible experience even though i m a registered customer with them.So, I kindly request you to take some necessary action againt this company so that other will not suffer like me It is something must be punished
