Dear Sir,

My membership number is NS 59889.

My car is break down at sect 17 noida. I have called your helpline no 01143431111 at 10 30 am but till now they are not responding and talking rudely.

All they are saying is vehicle is on the way. They are not giving proper reply.

As per terms help was supposed to be given within half hour but so far even after 3 hours help has not arrived.

It is 1.24 pm now.

Please help.
