I bought a YAMAHA FZ-S bike from YAMAHA BIKERZ showroom NANGANALLUR, CHENNAI on 10th July 2009. The showroom staff provided all bike related papers and documents except the RC Book which they asked me to collect after a month from the showroom but when I had gone there to collect the same after a month they said that, "The RC Book has not yet arrived so come here next week". I did the same and went there after a week but they gave me the same reply that, it has not yet arrived so come after 3 days, again I went after the given time period but again and again I got the same reply and it had already crossed 2 months now but I haven't got the RC Book till now and if I call them, they are disconnecting the call without giving a proper reply and answering me.Please help me in this regard.
