Complaint for Bajaj Pulsar-150 Bike. Dear Sir.
We have purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 150 with temporary no. DL04NPL 0286, on 17th February 2012 from Swadesi Auto Raja Garden , New Delhi. On the day 17th February when we had taken the delivery at around 06:00 pm and we headed towards home a noise coming out from the engine. And we called up the sales person (Mr. Rahul) who has assisted us in the purchase of the Bike. He assured that we may come the next morning and our problem will be solved.
Next day morning on 18th we reached at Swadeshi Raja Garden at 10:00 am we asked the sales person (Rahul) to check the sound. He asked to Technical person to check the bike. After checked the bike the technical person has confused with noise. But due to duty pressure he has refused the noise problem. He said there is no sound this is the usual sound of this maker of Bike. We thought the same way. But in the evening I got it checked from outside there were a noise, I called up again to the sales person Mr. Rahul at Raja Garden but this time he has started to ignored us and simply told “This is not my duty, we can only sale the bike, you can just meet to madam Bhawana for your complaint in our show room. Means after sale the faulty pc the sales person duty is finished now customer start to bother and waste their valuable time after spend huge money. Anyway we have meet with madam and after discuss with technical’s she get back the delivery of the bike with gives us assurance to send the bike at service center to rectify the problem. After two days we get the call from madam that the bike problem has been solved out and noise problem has been rectified. Now you will get the delivery of the same from our Service center in Rama Road, Delhi.
The next day I reached the Rama Road Service station on 22.02.2012 at 10:15 am but my bike was kept unchecked and unattended there in the service station. Nobody is bothered about the service at all. After our reaching they will asked about my bike they said let us check that. No customer service Criteria in service station.
After spend 3hours in Swadesi Service center they have agreed that noise is there but after used the 500-600km of the Bike the same noise will be stopped automatically. But after my put the question “why in other new bikes the same noise is comes out” then they said some bikes noise is comes out low and some in high and in your bike its come much but its normal. Sorry but I am not satisfied with Technicians excuse. Sorry after spend huge time the finally problem can’t be rectified.
Now We request you to please let us know the way to solve the problem. Means after spend the huge money the bike dealer is doing R&D on new bike to remove the Noise. Please help us in the same matter so that this big problem will be solved.
